What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

They were great fast response and sorted it out on the same day. Customer care service understand our situation and couldn't leave us with no internet all weekend as daughter online schooling, and the member of staff that came out and fixed it was leaving till he knew we had connection.

Stuck with this poor network for years. They won't allow other ISPs - pure monopoly in new build estate

I was evicted after 24 years, no fault of mine. I’ve had to start again and just moved into a new build , everything is nerve racking and the move so daunting. Fibrenest are the only broadband available and a little more expensive than some. However the customer service team have helped me get connected at a not so easy time. They are friendly, lknowledgeable and extremely helpful.

So difficult to get hold of by phone. Was chasing an issue with payments and had to email to get a chance of speaking with someone. Customer service from Zoe was good she was helpful.

Poor service. Expensive. Sister company of persimmon. Won’t release lines to other companies so you are stuck with them.

Just want to say that he was delight when he came. I had a few issues with wiring and he stayed cleaned and quickly resolved it. He went up to my estate agent, got a plumber to sort it and everything was done and working within 2 hours.
Recommend him to anyone

Fobbed off yet again paying for a service that i dont really get!!!! Gonna start looking at other suppliers now as thought you were good but now i have my doubts shame really as 5 years ago you seemed to care not now!!!

I'm stuck with this ISP until my home builders pass the estate to the council. It's a total monopoly.
Service continually dropps for hours on end, occasionally over 24 hours.
Staff are always great on the technical support side but the quality of the ISP service is very unreliable.
*Update 19th March 2026
Connectivity has dropped yet again as of this evening. The whole estate. Truly tragic.

My wifi was down for 2 days The Fibre Nests engineers professional , respectful and were amazing and fixed the issue and got me back online in no time.
