What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. Fortunately, if you look you will know that they are not your only option.

I recently spoke with Nigel W as I needed help splitting my WiFi into two separate bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) so I could connect a baby monitor. Nigel was extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to clearly explain the process. He also sent step-by-step instructions to guide me through it afterwards, which made everything much easier to follow.
What really stood out was that Nigel took the time to follow up and ensure I had successfully completed everything. His support was professional, patient, and genuinely appreciated. Excellent customer service throughout.

Just signed up to FibreNest. Both customer service representatives I have dealt with have been really helpful, thorough and pleasant.
They have helped me with setting up my account and direct debit as well as activation on the move in day.

I am satisfied at this point in the contract. I find the service good at this point with expected speed. Cost is higher than a lot of companies, however they have not raised cost from April 1st so this is a good outcome within contract.
