Delivery dates were not fast but actual delivery was very good with 2 men taking mattress to upstairs room.

I received an email confirmation well in advance, was texted the day of delivery and called to notify before arrival. I was greeted by Florin who was polite and courteous. His colleague busily loaded the van and wrapped the furniture, Florin helped me enter and confirm the collection code. Outstanding service gentleman - great job.
