Rude Delivery Driver asked for cash
Delivery driver was rude and wanted me to pay him extra cash to bring the delivery to the second floor. Also there is a possible issue with the delivered product that I am investigating. Overall terrible service.
Company offers 20% off next purchase for a 5 star review here - beware!!!

Unprofessional with a lack of care
Arrived within the window time. Both couriers had really dirty hands with no provisions to clean them. The item being collected was of a light colour fabric..I shared my concerns about the damage that would be caused..their attitude showed no concern..I offered my own facilities for them to use to wash their hands, the driver accepted but the other courier refused. I found them to be unprofessional with a lack of care and attention to detail.
