We are loving our B&C delivery! So convenient, great quality food and it’s flexible so you can change the food in your order to accommodate your needs (eg additional people coming over for breakfast / celebrations). Would recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Butter & Crust. Their Sunday morning deliveries have quickly become something we look forward to every week. Everything arrives fresh, beautifully packaged, and clearly made with care—from the bread to the pastries and eggs.

The quality is consistently excellent, and you can really taste the difference. It’s such a simple luxury having everything show up at your door, ready to enjoy.

A treat on the Saturdays that I get Butter & Crust. The sourdough is of high quality and the pastries are sublime. Feels a gift to to myself when breakfast turns up on a weekend morning. On the week leading to Easter they offered filled doughnuts from St John's Bakery - absolutely delicious and such high quality. Hoping the offering will continue more regularly.

it's actually quite convenient, and the products are nice

We've been getting Saturday deliveries for a few months ago and it's great! Kids love being part of the routine of picking it up from outside the door in the morning and it saves us from having to pick things up from the bakery when life inevitably gets in the way. Quality is great too.
The one small thing I would flag is that it's working for us when the deliveries come early. 9/10 times this is the case. But occasionally we are on a later route, and it doesn't arrive until 9 or 9:30am. With kids this doesn't work. It means we've missed breakfast and are already out the door. It would be great if we could guarantee a delivery pre 7am.
Team are very responsive - any issues we've ever had (eg eggs breaking once) are quickly refunded. This even happened unprompted, and the driver proactively highlighted they thought the bag looked damaged and submitted the refund for us which was unexpected and great service

Butter and Crust are fantastic. The sourdough is superb, but the bagels are totally out of this world. As are the pain au chocolat. Customer service is great too - account management is easy online but there's always a human available to email you back if you have problems. And I love that it's all delivered by bike in time for breakfast on Saturdays.

Incredibly good food and service. Their website and its UI could be a lot clearer and easier, though.

Absolutely LOVE Butter & Crust! We look forward to our deliveries so much. Everything I order is fresh and delicious. I get the two morning treats and it’s a fun surprise to see what we get. Also love how easy it is to manage my subscription, change up my order etc depending on our needs that week.
