Everything went as expected, great service & price.

I was really happy with both the customer and delivery service provided. I chose Porta because they offered an affordably middle-of-the-road quote, and I paid for the insurance and text upgrade which is well worth it. I needed a heavy (200kg+) item nationally delivered, which had presented difficulties with other delivery services, but no issue for Porta.
When I was originally offered a delivery driver that didn’t quite meet the specification I had in mind (no tail-lift), I Whatsapped Porta and they immediately rematched me with a driver that did (tail-lift!)
The communication from the driver was really clear throughout, and my item was well cared for in transit. It arrived exactly as expected. The driver also helped move my item into the house carefully and considerately.
I should also add that I was a last minute booking - I managed to get an item collected within about 48hrs for no additional charge which is basically unheard of!

I requested a 3 day slot for delivery to keep costs down. The item was picked up the next day Ed “the best courier ever”. Not only he texted the vendor apologising for not contacting the same day. He informed him
re the time slot. Ed also informed me about his ETA and was extremely courteous. We certainly more people like Ed. Anyvan had quoted £110 for a delayed service Porta Delivery did it for £70 within 24 hours. I am
not going anywhere else. 🙂🙂

Kept upto date when item was picked up and when was going to be delivered price was good comeing from london to manchester only took 3 days on a flex driver whats app me keeping me upto date

Easy to manage (the pick-up was remote from me, but asked them to give me a call/message on arrival to confirm that the sofa bed is there and looks like in the picture, after which I could send the money over). Everything went according to expectations and the guys were very careful to get the sofa in the 1st floor room without damaging anything.

I had an item to be collected from Cambridgeshire and taken to Kent.

I asked for two men and a can and that is what I got.

Two very helpful and polite men carried the item onto the van for me and delivered it three days later exactly as I requested.

I can not be more happy, I was skeptical on start when I paid as I did not hear about them, as much as the cheater anyhoovan company, they were fabulous. Great experience, my move was big, from Suffolk to York and I had a great experience with porta, I had so many items, and not only the quote was much lesser than cheater anyhoovan, the delivery guys were exceptional. My delivery guy, Mahidur, made the move so effortless and they were so nice. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving and needs such service.

Easy to use and got my furniture from Norwich to London easily. Once you post the job, it is passed to a freelance driver, so the experience may differ depending on driver allocation. In my case, the driver was efficient and communicative so all went well. Thanks!

The Porta delivery quote the cheapest I found. The collection took place shortly after I booked the delivery and the item was delivered a couple of days later - sooner than I expected. I could track the driver's progress and received a text asking if it was convenient to deliver as it was getting a bit late. The driver was very courteous.
I would use Porta Delivery again and would recommend to others. Thank you

I was a little nervous booking as I hadn’t heard of Porta before but everything exceeded my expectations. The delivery happened within the windows I chose and on the day they had confirmed. The team were hard working, polite and thoughtful. My furniture was picked up and delivered with no problems at all and all for a very reasonable price. The only slight improvement I would suggest would be a call half an hour or so before pick up and delivery just as a warning to be ready. Overall though I was very delighted.
