Our journey began 8 years ago in Birmingham, with a single container, a brave man, a Sprinter van, and a dispatcher fueled by enthusiasm and a dream. Through hard work and unwavering determination, that dream gradually transformed into reality. Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Efficient and helpful

Drivers gave me a call when they were nearly at my house. This really helped me nip back from work to collect rather than missing my work.
They were careful and friendly. Very much recommended

Proovia use Shiply as one of their subcontractors - enough said

Proovia use Shiply as one of their sub contractors. Shiply's performance was appalling. Two blokes who were very overweight, sweating, and obviously hated their job, dumped the desk as soon as they could. We had been assured that they would move it into the room allocated - ground floor flat and so not difficult. They didn't. They said that they were too busy and could do it ourselves. We had to do it ourselves. Will never use Proovia again because they sub contract work to cowboys who don't care.

Our delivery crews are expected to follow the booking instructions and treat customers and their property with respect. Being busy is not an acceptable reason to refuse an agreed delivery service or leave the customer to complete the job themselves.

We will review the circumstances of this delivery with our Quality Assurance team, including the conduct of the crew involved, and take appropriate action where necessary.

Very very poor service damaged items

Very very poor service damaged items, took out insurance they won’t acknowledge or accept liability. Use another company they’re rubbish

We are sorry to hear about your experience and that your items arrived damaged.

We would like to clarify that any additional insurance purchased through a third-party booking platform is separate from Proovia's own insurance, which is already included in our delivery service at no additional cost.

Therefore, any claims submitted to Proovia are reviewed under our own Terms & Conditions and insurance policy, rather than the coverage offered by third-party platforms.

We have checked your case and can see that our Claims Department has been in contact with you and is currently waiting for your response to their latest email.

Please get back to them when possible so they can continue working with you towards resolving the matter.

Very efficient service

Very efficient service. Thanks a lot. You made our lives easier. Unlike those who drive away when they see double yellow lines and don't even bother to get out of the car and press the doorbell!

Courteous and professional

Ordered a vauxhall vivaro door. It came early in the delivery slot which was brilliant. The two lads who delivered it were courteous and careful when they brought it into house as it was too heavy for just myself to lift. Very professional and easy to get along with. Top men.
