We had a delivery carried out by Proovia couriers this morning . The communication around delivery was excellent. Chioc Alexandru were punctual ,courteous and very helpful a big thankyou for providing an excellent service . This is the second time this week Proovia have delivered and both deliveries have been faultless .

Balkar and Satnam were amazing. They phoned me in advance to let me know how long they would be and once they arrived they delivered the best into the specified room. The bed is of great quality and the colour match is perfect! Highly recommend this company and their helpful team.

Delivered first thing at the start of the window promptly and efficiently, polite and friendly and goods haven't been inspected yet but look to be in good condition and we're delivered into the house as requested.
