Total 8 parcels "lost" by Ervi/Hermes
Sent 2x parcels to Scotland Dec 2021, both lost. Stupidly sent 1x parcel Dec 2022 where they claim again "lost".
Claims process extremely poor.
A total of 5 packages dispatched from 4 separate companies in Dec 2022 have also been lost. Ervi have then subsequently lost the replacements sent to me by the companies. They have to lose the contracts they have with companies as they cannot keep doing this.

This company absolutely rubbish
This company absolutely rubbish. Everything can go wrong is everything with this company. Drivers is so rude , dropping parcels on ground and just walk away, they don’t care what in side. They can’t read properly address. I have soo many parcels with not my address.

I currently have 1 yet to be received next day delivery 1 week late, 1 M&S now out of stock yet to be received 1 week late, 1 next now out of stock over 1 week late & a couple of delayed amazon items.

Ment to be next delivery, 4 days late, can’t get hold of them, only Bots online and phone. Everyday saying they tried to deliver and will deliver tomorrow. Contacted seller who chased it up and they’ve not responded to them either. Absolute joke company… never will chose this lying company again to deliver my parcels

The web www.com contains no contact for queries , just very ignorant "delivery", "postage" and "return" information in FAQ . Live chat gives automated 3 options - damage,delivery, return. No person to speak.
