How the f this company still survive driver keep lying they are attempted to deliver but no one turn up and delay delay delay
Big delay, then lied then admitted they lost the parcel
Placed sports direct order, paid extra £8 for the priveledge of Evri to try and provide quick delivery 2 days later. Three days later still no order, informed via automated update missed connection but will be delivered the next day. No joy with them after 6 days fighting to speak with anyone besides an automated bot. Then had an email from a human (🎉) stating the local depot made a mistake and she would investigate and get back to me 2 days later. An hour and a half later I get an email saying they just tried to deliver and no one was home. Camera confirmed no attempt to deliver. After pushing they admitt they lost parcel. I get generic email stating contact company I purchased order from. Scary that they must loose that many parcels that they have a generic email to send you! If at all possible avoid them at all costs
Black hole of parcels
It's funny how ervi seem to have a black hole in their warehouses that suck parcel into oblivion. Massive parcel I sent back and they apparently can't find it anywhere. Spooky. Happens all the time and now another parcel is delayed and prob sucked into the black hole. They just claim can't find parcels and sell them on. They are disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Left on my front door step and was not there when I got home, there goes a over £100 parcel!
Looked everywhere spoke with my neighbours to see if anything had been left with them but no.
They don't care
They send an email about planned delivery without any consideration of the receiver. They just don't care. They will send you an email 30min-1h before estimated time of delivery. So you can't arrange anything if you have no stafe place. 3 attempts and they will return the parcel. No option to chane for parcel shop either. Do not recommend

Terrible company for customer service.Cant get through to anyone, there is also no complaints procedure, even the live chat is not a real person behind it. They are lazy workers that cant be asked to do a simple task such as deliver an item to someones door,or even give them a call.I mean if you cant do a job as simple as that then there is no hope!! I get a message saying the item could not be delivered with no reason stated either.I have been sitting here waiting all morning, no one has been at all. How this company continues to operate is beyond me, always seems to be a problem with them.

One of their drivers slashed my tyre just because I asked him if he wouldn't mind moving as he was blocking my drive and I had furniture to carry through! A passer by saw the incident happen, left his details but Evri didn't want to know! Disgraceful!

My parcel was with them for 6 days and all they done is sending the messages it will be deleted.
I don't undertake the job if I'm too small for it.

1835 message parcels delivered. They had not been. The message showed a "verified" gps location further along the street. Spent an hour searching in the dark. No parcels. This morning found them, no where near the apartment or location shown. In the bin are of neighbouring apartment block. Lucky still there. They cannot improve.

I do wish you could give negative star ratings. Today they have delivered a parcel under a sign that says “Do Not Leave Parcels here” “All parcels must be taken upstairs to named flat doors “. The company couldn’t care less. I think professional consciousness vendors won’t use them..

If I could give a 0 I would. Its worse company ever don't know retailers use this service when all the parcels go missing. 2 items been missing since 17th November. With Christmas over I ordered items still been sitting in warehouse since Monday now its Friday take there gone missing too.
