I feel like I’ve been scammed. Ordered a jumper.. Why the hell did I receive a hair band . I’m a gray envelope, with my name and address coming up as same serial number Aqua make this storyup. Seems like the delivery people are found an avenue to take peoples parcels and Petén they’ve been delivered when they haven’t got photos that the parcel. Was put into my post a jumper would not fit into my post box who in there right mind is going to order a hair bad from china to England some thing strange is going on with ervi deliveries.

Delivery driver did not even look for my address and posted in wrong door it said my address on parcel and it clearly says a different number on the door of the pic they took

They have no humans working in their call centre and you can't update delivery addresses.

Took a day holiday for them to collect a treadmill that they had delivered to some random neighbours GARDEN, it rained, treadmill broke - they never turned up to collect it. What a surprise and what an utter joke of a company

Evri has taken over the hello fresh deliveries in my area. Low and behold the first delivery never came. Still waiting. Even hello fresh don’t know what happened. Awful company, their vans are like black holes, parcels just disappear without a trace.
If hello fresh continues to use Evri I sadly will discontinue using hello fresh.

The worst courier company in the UK. You can't cancel the package, there's no way to talk to a consultant, there's only a stupid chatbot that can't do anything. FAILURE

ERVI theis is found in a dictionary this is what your are meant to do. COURIER company or employee of a company that transports commercial packages and documents. DO YOUR BLOODLY JOB.waited in for 5 days for 2 parcels. How can it be out on delivery 5 days in a row and not get delivered. Does it go to the bottom of the pile each day? And you customer service is non exciting another joke.

Paid to return a parcel to QVC, return date February 3. Ervi changed date to February 2, given 3 time slots for collection. Ervi failed to collect. Now back to collecting on February 3, 2 collection slots given no sign of the courier. Collection now moved to February 4, at the moment it would appear to be an all day collection, if they turn up at all.
Turned to QVC for help, not our problem. Accounts to be closed as soon as possible once this parcel has been confirmed as received at QVC.

This company is coming incapable of following instructions and doesn’t care how old or disabled you are. The driver just dumps your parcel wherever they choose and if you think of complaining they will just ignore you

one star too good ,I had a parcel delivered on the 2nd december from studio ,the delivery man took a picture of the box of a wooden toy kitchen ,my order was the kitchen and also a wooden train set .but he handed me one box ,after questioning where the train set was to studio. they said it was delivered with the kitchen ,please when anyone delivers a parcel to your house take your own picture ,as the picture he took was not given in ,very weird

I have just recieved notification from this company that my parcel was handed to me. This is not true buecause I am not home (I was expected the delivery yesterday). The picture they attached only shows the package being left unattanded in front of a door, not secired and exposed to theft (which happened in the past). I actively avoid buying from busineses who use Evri's serviced because this scenario repeats every single time. This time I failed for their trap again as Next.co.uk dosn't tell you that they dispatch with Ervi.

Your delivery staff need to be trained on how to use the door bell instead of taking a photo of parcel by front door as proof of delivery and not bothering to ring doorbell. If customers are not in then leave parcel behind bins. It's not rocket science....

I have been waiting for a delivery for me, and instead of using my address for delivery I used a parcelshop. A message appeared that delivery was refused and to this day I have not received a response from ERVI. The service has been bad every time I buy something and this company ERVI is in charge of delivering it.

The last review was about them leaving the parcel anywhere they wanted, however now they don't delivery and leave a message on the tracker. Basically we will diliver it when we feel like it. I recon it's run by politicans. Avoid.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but had too this has to be the worst delivery company ever lots of my parcels go missing all the time and funny how u can’t get hold of anyone even when u put in a complaint on line still no one gets back to you they need to do something about this company for sure it’s getting worst

Not received 6 parcels that's says it was delivered this company is the worst never known a company like they should be closed down
