This is an absolutely terrible courier…

This is an absolutely terrible courier company. My package has still not arrived, even though I paid for Amazon Prime. What is the point of having Prime if a delivery cannot be completed after a week? There is no customer service at all — no contact, no responses, no information. Trying to reach Ervi is impossible. Customers are completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to avoid this company.

Disgusting customer service…

If I could go lower than 1 star I would you can't get hold of them they are only interested in sent parcels not returned they don't give cards anymore so I having a problem with FREEMANs not believing me about returned items

Five parcel this week

Five parcel this week, driver failed to delivery despite then delivering to a neighbour so parcel lost or stolen as usual , currently 90% deliveries to this village parcels have not arrived , absolutely shocking sellers are still using this company and 1.2 star review is evidence my review is correct

Wouldn't even give the one star, service is the worst items missing from parcels and taped back up, parcels lost all the time, told would get email next day if parcel didn't come I had to constantly email for days before someone told it was now lost and they would get it to me ASAP????? Just disgusting

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with Ervi!
My package was received from Frazers on line shopping on Thursday 27th. November,by Ervi, which they confirmed via tracking.
I was given a delivery date of Saturday 29th.
It is now Thursday 4th. December, and still havent received it!
I received an email from them yesterday to assure me that it would be delivered that day, and that they would contact me before 11am this morning to check that i had received it. No one has contacted me, i have sent two emails to them today already, and have had zero response!
This company is shambolic, and should not be working with reputable companies!

This company has one job, deliver parcels. I don't think there is a company worldwide that is as incompetent as this one.

Late, wrong addresses, awful customer service.

If a company lists Evri as a delivery option I would rather buy an item at double the price from somewhere that doesn't use Evri.

You should all be ashamed to work for such a sh*tshow of a company.

You either don't get your parcel or…

You either don't get your parcel or receive someone else's.

BUT!!!!! The last two deliveries to my door step have been 11.50 and 10.50 PM Who delivers at this time of night ,when most of us are in bed. The van driver is a thiefs paradise. No wonder most of us don't receive our orders. ( Shocking) 1 was the lowest rating I could give, over generous.

Didn't even want to give a 1 star they dont delivery when said they have or a place that doesn't exist for example they have said its in a car port we dont have one searched everywhere its a joke and it was needed for tomorrow

ERVI HOW MANY MORE PARCELS ARE YOU GOING TO MISPLACE!!

PLEASE TRUSTPILOT START ALLOWING THE USERS TO LEAVE A NO STAR RATING.
I do not know how this company is still going and not gone uder.
The amount of packages that have been lost sorry MISPLACED!!
You cannot talk to a living soul.
Due to there mistakes we have to wait for refunds or replacements.
CLAIRE who has been emailing doesnt even bother replying to my messages I have requested phone calls but no that not allowed. They lie out of their backside. Assure you they are contacting the depo but 3 days later still not done. Evri and Temu should join together. Theyhave the same care for their customers which is O NIL NONE ZERO

How can a company be so useless? It’s like they go out of there way to be so bad , unbelievable that any company would use them . Sorry it’s late , no sorry it’s damaged, no sorry it’s now missing wow you are by a far way the worst courier company out there, and given the competition that’s saying something

I have paid for parcel using the Ervi…

I have paid for parcel using the Ervi guide for size and weight but every drop of point refuses to that package even though it is as required stating drivers won't accept. What is the point of paying for a service and getting nothing in return. I tried 3 different Evri drop off points all with the excuse drivers won't take as they use small cars. How on earth am I supposed to send the parcel. It is impossible to speak with anyone from Evrj and their chat bot is useless.. such a crap company

They are very useless

They are very useless, slow and inefficient when handling international parcels. I have ordered an item from Temu and received an expected date of receiving the item. The date I was expecting to receive the item has passed and the update I received from Temu is that is still being processed at their hub. I don't know why businesses prefer using them to make deliveries. They are very unreliable
