Yet again the delivery driver left my very expensive delivery in the street and it has been stolen. They take photos and mark it as proof they have delivered it safely but come on! Have a word with your drivers! Leaving items in a busy city street is not delivering something securely, Leave it with a nabour surly!

I honestly don’t know how this company is still in Business, Every time I get a parcel from them it’s couple of days late. The tracking info is always wrong and I’ve had on a few occasions of them saying “we tried to deliver but no one was in” which is complete Bull as I was in all day and literally have a Ring Doorbell.

The amount of hours I’ve lost waiting and staying in for a delivery for it not to show up is beyond a joke.

I honestly get annoyed when I see a company use Evri as a third party delivery service and wish there was an option to select it so I don’t get them.

Ordered of SHEIN. Was disappointed to see they used ervi at first BUT my package was delivered today after literally arriving at the airport yesterday. Was shocked to see it in my lobby! Not always bad :)

Today the Ervi delivery driver has tried to deliver to not only the wrong number but the wrong street there phone number is next to useless this driver hit a car i while ago and did a runner was only caught because of cameras. Then forced a parcel in my letter box braking it.
and todays lies about trying to make a delivery i will be going to the local depot tomorrow morning to have works with his manager

2 parcels were suppose to have been delivered off two separate sellers last Thursday, received a message stating that a parcel could not be delivered as no one at home, then a second message stating that a parcel had been 'left' in a parcel box! and a photo of someone sles address which was in another street (tracked it from the photo) i visited the house and found that it was empty (spoke to neighbour) no parcel was delivered the following day, told both sellers who contacted Ervi - apparently ervi is investigating.
Today had a message off ervi stating that a parcel was gong to be delivered early afternoon, and said delivered??? no!!
Then received another message stating that it would be delivered between 7 and 9pm tonight - no nothing has been delivered, was going to confront the driver to find out what is happening. I have just contacted ervi who said that they will ring me? we'll see.

I have been going to the other address each day just to see if anything has been left there and no there is no 'Parcelbox'

Follow up; whats the point of contacting them (Saturday30/08/24 when they promise to phone you back but don't!! 17;55 31/08/24

Every single parcels expected delay!

Useless company. I have four parcels being delivered through this company from four different shops every single parcels is late. Well beyond the original delivery date by days.

completely utterly useless company, no human customer service only bot to communicate with, my parcels have been with these incompetent morons for weeks and they havn't been delivered to me, as the current delivery driver has gone back to romania for 3 weeks and havn't replaced driver, surprised company is still in business,

I have wrote many times with my complaints, but issues are still the same I have noticed Evri only comment on good reviews I know it’s nice to get, but they don’t comment on bad service if I had my choice I would never use them not a good service

Discussing. I haven't got one parcel I have been sent with Ervi on time. Hermes or very you are 💩 without any apologies. Do not send anything to this useless 💩 company.
Today again like every time nothing is arriving “sorry we have a little delay” well go and you know what to do with your MUM!

Shambles, I have parcel on 2 day delivery which I paid for and it's been sat at the delivery depot for 3 days now, you can't speak to anyone except some AI crap which just says don't worry it's in hand!! Brilliant a delivery day would have been good, shocking company if it can be called that!

You provide the worst delivery service in the UK and any other country I have lived in. You're customer service is non existent. I am ordering from a monthly subscription service and I have told them I will be cancelling my subscription on the basis they use you as their delivery company. I have only every had negative experiences with your company.

Next day delivery has been at the depot for over 40 hours & no response to contact. The issue has been escalated & guaranteed by the company I ordered from but it’s still at the depot.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I never ever have good experience with ervi and I don't know why the online shopping business use them, they are total crap. No time frame if delivery, no one bother to ring or knock on the door, just throw the parcel and that's it. Once even they left in wrong address and when I completed they advised me to go to the sender and request new delivery, why should be seller fault because they delivered in wrong address. This is worst delivery company.

I sold an item on eBay and ERVI lost the parcel secondly I sold another item and ERVI notified me that the parcel was damaged and couldn't be delivered. I have tried calling but I can only get through to a bot. I contacted consumer support Scotland who said I should be able to download a for to claim for my two items . I am £54 out of pocket and have been very stressed trying to get my money back to no avail. Please be careful if you choose to ship with this company.

I ordered a produc from Dunlen, whixh is using ervi for delivery. Ervi sent a message to pay extra, because the package got damaged and I need to pay for this!!!!

The is ni way to speak to their team, only useless chat bot!!!

They have no humans working in their call centre and you can't update delivery addresses.
