I then inadvertently used the wrong address to try to access my EQI account but subsequent conversation with RAMSIYA guided me to resolve my problem in a very patient manner.

Was a joy to speak to she guided me through setting up a new pin number never lost her patience with Me whereas I was beginning to lose mine.
It’s not easy guiding somebody through this when she can’t see the screen that I am looking at

2 months of trying to get answers on my Carnival shares, which have been moved to the New York stock exchange, no one can answer my question and a manager will call back, never happens!!!!
Absolute shambles of a company!!!
Happy to take your cash not happy to help after!!!!!!!
