Purchased a Stihl Lawnmower
The box was left on the driveway upside down in the rain with the box completely open. Checked our camera as we have a ring doorbell, the deliverer only knocked on the door and didn’t ring the doorbell so didn’t hear, and it was only by chance I popped out outside to even know it was there! Where the box was upside down there’s some slight damage to the lawnmower from having the full weight of the engine resting on the handle, but overall the price was good as it had an around 20% discount so haven’t made a complaint but the delivery and condition of the item could have been better and/or avoided.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with our courier.
Hopefully from what I can see the service provided by ourselves was good and unfortunately just the courier had let us down, but if there is anything further we could have done to earn a better review then we'd really appreciate the opportunity to improve. Having said that, we do take full responsibility for our couriers and we'll escalate this with them to ensure better service going forward.
If you'd be willing, please call us on 01257 422 200 or email website@dtwtools.co.uk so we can look into this further for you.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Dan.

Superb Service
I cannot praise the service & price from this Company. I purchased a Stihl Battery Chainsaw as a present for my parents & was slightly last minute but I received it in time. Dan was superb in ensuring I received their present in time & the advice I received was first class. I won’t hesitate to use this company again & have recommended to many of my friends.
