I would definitely order from them again.

I recently placed an order (DUX042519129) VIA DEBENHAMS and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish.
The dress arrived late and, without any notification, was left at my neighbour’s house who has health issues and barely leaves her home. It was not until saw her almost 4weeks post receipt of this dress i found out it had been delivered to her. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience, as I was unaware it had even been delivered as there was no notification from seller and i started knocking on all my neighbours to see if by any chance anything was ever delivered to them.
When I finally received the item, it did not fit as expected. The dress was far too small and unsuitable for the church function I had intended to wear it to.
I promptly arranged a return as soon as I tried it on, but instead of receiving a refund or exchange, the dress was sent back to me again. This was both frustrating and confusing. I wrote a letter to them explaining the incident again as it seems they did not want to understand and until today 10months later I have not received a refund. Instead they said i should send them a prepaid envelope so they can send me back the same dress that does not fit me and that they delivered else where taking away my consumer rights to try and return within their given time.
To highlight that this issue was specific to this order, I placed another order separately which arrived on time and without any problems.
Given the multiple errors late delivery, misdelivery without notification, and mishandling of the return I believe a full refund is entirely justified. I have already contacted customer service, who are aware of the situation and have chosen to ignore unless I accept the non fitting dress.
Overall, a very disappointing experience that I hope will be resolved promptly.

I was a customer of Double second for the first time and would highly recommend them. Their dresses are of high quality material and are of a long length- perfect for a what I’m looking for as I’m 5ft 11inches tall and is a struggle go find a dress that suits! The customer care is outstanding too. Fadheela had unexpectedly contacted me because as by coincidence a parcel I sent via Vinted was delivered to Double Second by mistake when it should have gone elsewhere in the area where they are based. Fadheela found my details and contacted me to inform of what happened and offered to return it to me as a goodwill gesture. I really appreciated her kindness and she facilitated for the parcel to be collected by the rightful recipient of the parcel. She took the time to confirm with me that the parcel was collected. I appreciated that she went the extra mile to help me- thank you!

I bought a jumpsuit, quality was excellent, fitted perfectly! I then wanted to exchange for another colour as the event I went to had a colour theme. The customer service was excellent, very quick and cheerful response.

Avoid this company! I ordered a dress through Debenhams on behalf of my mum, for a family wedding. She tried it on, it wasn't flattering, she put it straight back into the packaging and I sorted the return. She ended up wearing something she already had to the wedding but we got an email from Debenhams to say the company are rejecting the return as some yellow ribbon has been removed. Nothing was removed from the dress and it was put straight back into the packaging. This is either completely made up or the dress had no yellow ribbon on when it was received. She is now stuck with an unflattering dress that she won't wear. I would also avoid Debenhams, you think you are ordering from a reliable company but end up dealing with scam artists.
(In response to the companies response, I've since noticed that there seems to be a lot of 1 star reviews with similar stories about them not accepting legitimate returns. This is obviously a massive red flag to avoid this company. Unfortunately for me and probably many people, when ordering from a trusted name like Debenhams, you don't expect to be dealing with companies like this one.

I found it very difficult trying to use the Scan & Print Post Office system to generate a label even screen shot a photo to my daughter who did not understand it either
Very relieved to get a message from Customer Care who quickly and calmly took over and will put a label & Q R in my box. I excellent service at last

The item I ordered was sadly not suitable (nothing to do with quality or fit, I just didn't like it on me) however, I had some issues with the return process. Samantha in Customer Care was quick to reply and sent me a returns label to send the item back. 10 out of 10 for speed and efficiency.

I had a problem with returns mainly due to Debenhams not having a great system. I reached out to Double Second and Samantha was incredibly helpful and replied within the hour (despite it being out of business hours) with useful information instead of fobbing me off.

Easy to use website.great selection of clothes.
Sadly,the dress was too small so I used the return process.
This was also easy to use and no need to print a label.
Once the item was received back with Double Second, my return was dealt with speedily and efficiently.
I contacted customer services to ensure the return was being processed, and my enquiry was dealt with by Samantha. She responded quickly to my email and got it a sorted. Thank you Samantha.
