Hassle free and quick responses to emails, the people who picked up and delivered my stored items were very nice aswell. Will definitely use again if I need to make use of a storage service

No hidden fees, trustable and friendly people. Email response is fast, polite. The whole process is clear and easily understandable, drivers will call you before they arrive (which is very good).

Hello, I am very disappointed with your service. My rice cooker got damaged after storing in your place. I don’t know what you did to my rice cooker. But this is unacceptable.

Good experience overall. The staff are very responsible with collection and redelivery of my boxes. Most of the things are fine and stored well.

The team is super friendly, and very good at communicating with you. They did a tremendous job with both the collection and re-delivery of my boxes.

I was informed well in advance about the collection time and to make things even better, my timeslot was later updated to an earlier one on collection day!

They helped me to move my boxes upstairs to my room which is really helpful.

I live in Bath and the two girls who delivered my boxes were very friendly and brought the boxes all the way up the stairs to my flat with big smiles! Boxes were not damaged whatsoever during their 4 months of storage. Very pleased with this experience, I will use door2door storage again!

Very nice people who helped me get a lot of my luggage from my house and get it to my new apartment! The price is really good and communication with them is very easy. All my luggage looked very good and I am very happy with the service

DO NOT USE!! Out of ten boxes collected to be stored, they ‘lost’ eight of them and haven’t tried to find them - causing a great deal of distress. Absolute cowboys, avoid at all costs
