I had the honor to meet Nyree in Tucson, she is so authentic. Her knowledge about crystals ranging from where and how they sourced and careful attention to the energies they hold is unbelievable. I cannot recommend crystal auras enough.
Biased service
I have been a customer of Crystal Auras for over a year and cannot fault the exceptional quality of the items i have purchased during this time.
However, i have found the live sales increasingly frustrating. The first 90 minutes is usually spent by the owner moaning about one thing or another - usually other sellers who do not meet her exacting standards - and her community lauding praise on her that resembles that of a cult!
The last batch of live sales in Tucson was increasingly frustrating, especially given the 7 hour time difference. Customers were encouraged to message with our wish list of what we wanted to see, which i did, on more than one occasion, but this was duly ignored. It appears that unless you are part of her 'in crowd' - a select group of c.5-6 customers, you are not prioritised. Yet these specific customers had items especially selected for them & had their requests fulfilled. I waited up night after night to see my requested items, only to be told to 'bear with us'. Its a shame that the same level of attention is not given to every customer.
Crystal Aura’s customer experience
I’ve been a customer for Crystal Auras for around two years now! I have some amazing crystal items and jewellery that bring me so much joy and the energy that radiates from them is surreal.
The lives are not just a chance to purchase items but also an education and Nyree will always take the time to educate people and answer any questions that have been asked on the live. The community itself is so caring and I have made so many connections with others who have very similar interests.
The team itself take so much care from customer service to packing and I have never had an issue and always been treated so kindly and with the upmost respect (and the deliveries always smell amazing).
The whole team work so hard and truly care about what they do. I wish them all the success in the world and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for CA xx
I just want to add to all the 1/2 star reviews being left I have felt some guilt and been quite upset over the last few days , due to the fact as a community member. I did try and help police some of the lives (which I did on my own accord) just to try and help out Nyree & Matt during some of the busy lives. There is usually around 100/150 people on the lives and to try and help the CA team. I took it upon myself to try and help, so they didn’t need to repeat themselves constantly in a 8 hour live and repeat some of the guidelines that were pinned in the chat during the live! So if I offended and upset anyone I apologise publicly it wasn’t my intention 🙏🏽💗🙏🏽 x

I have been with Crystal Auras just over 2 years now. I shop with them because the customer service is excellent. Beautiful ethnically sourced crystals. I would not go anywhere else.
Nyree is very transparent and she gives everyone education on all the crystals. I have learnt alot. Nyree is very professional and puts her all into all her lives. Nyree takes lots of requests off customer's and will do her very best to fulfil all requests. Matt has started to help Nyree on the lives. Matt customer service is amazing and helps all customers with their requests
The rest of the team will help with any questions. Justyna is on customer service, she will get back to you within the same day. Justyna will take pictures qnd videos and even walk you virtually around the studio.
The beautiful crystals are carefully wrapped with love and lavender and rose petals are put in the box. I normally receive my order the next day.

Humbling Experience
I first found Crystal Auras around covid where my curiosity for crystals started to grow & develop into a hobby; & then a passion.
Over this time Crystal Auras also grew with their education, passion for ethics and organically a warm community of people who also enjoy: learning & adopting beautiful crystals; whilst connecting to others & their stories.
The team are just about to finish a spectacular marathon of lives from Tuscon, where previously they had been in Munich & Denver for their fantastic showcase for international lives. All lives (UK & overseas) are fun, exciting, extraordinary & friendly.
Nyree & the team navigate their moral compass by introducing a review system. There is absolutely no pressure to buy due to this system they have in place as it allows breathing space before commitment to purchase. This is also reflected in their values and ethics as a company to reduce high pressured sales environments & time to connect with what resonates with the customer naturally. The team also behind the scenes do an amazing job with customer service whilst juggling high demand. They also allow access to message their team on various platforms to either update, amend or request.
I have had the most wonderful experience from Tuscon, and always look forward to the live sales offered by Crystal Auras. Thank you so much CA, your hard work does not go unnoticed given the increasing demand & volume that you face as you grow in recognition. I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal Auras to anyone! As a customer of four years I’ve watched CA grow from the kitchen table to the Tucson gem mineral show. The dedication and passion all the team put into their work is second to none. They are constantly trying to navigate this challenging world of social media and trying to influence a better crystal market and to make your experience the best they can.
Watching this business grow naturally as it has is just a testament to the ethics and morals CA stand by. They have a small team who have flexible working hours to accommodate family commitments and back home have chosen to work overtime to help support the Tucson lives because they care about their customers.
They have one person on customer care who gets through thousands of messages and sends personal video clips daily. I honestly feel so blessed to have such a tailored experience and commend Nyree for always having our best interest at heart and trust her 100% as what people don’t realise that they’re getting all her knowledge and experience and she will tell you if she didn’t think a piece was to CA standard so you could still make an informed decision wether to purchase.
I would be totally overwhelmed if I was there myself trying to purchase because of the sheer volume and I definitely wouldn’t be able to remember a thousand specific requests and who they were for.
Nyree knows what her customers like so she’s bound to zone in on certain things.
If she had all the time in the world she would literally go through each individual request to ensure everyone got what they wanted. But that’s really unfair for us to expect her to do that as she needs to look after her wellbeing, the community constantly tells her to take a break and rest but she is a trooper and will keep going.
This is why from their experience they are having to say we just can’t meet every request but will try our hardest to show pieces that may be of interest. Again I wouldn’t be able to have any of the epic pieces I have if it wasn’t for CA.
They respect all feedback as it helps them to continually try and improve the service they provide, it is a constant learning curve for us all. The lives are busy and Instagram always has its bugs where not all comments come through. I personally don’t know how they read them so fast how they do I couldn’t.
They would have no issue with anyone contacting them directly with ways they can improve, I know sometimes we can all get a little frustrated when things don’t go our way but I’ve learnt to stop and think before I react. Give them a chance to come back and improve but it can’t happen overnight, however they’re already trying to meet expectations from the feedback they have received.
Patience is a virtue and crystal’s really do go where they’re meant to even if they don’t come to you straight away.
There is enough abundance for everyone and CA fully support that by directing you to smaller sellers to help meet your needs.

An honest review based on genuine experience
So let’s call out these recent bad reviews for what they are, a specific group of individuals that have come together to target, but that’s about them and their negative energy.
I have supported CA for a number of years, nyree, Matt and the team are passionate, amazing people who try their best even with challenges of social media, busy lives, lots of different demands being placed on them!
There is never any pressure to buy and the review system is to offer individuals time as it’s acknowledged any live sale can be busy and may feel pressurising for some.
There is no favouritism but yes naturally any business remembers consistent customers over time.
Nyree is passionate, has so much knowledge and genuinely cares about her sourcing, lives, customers and integrity. The crystals are absolutely amazing and fairly priced. Are they for everyone, possibly not, nobody is forced to join a live or make a purchase! However those of us who have followed CA for a long time do show loyalty and support and will continue to do so! Here’s to many more lives and laughter! And a big shout out to the whole amazing CA team who go above and beyond!
Disappointing
There’s no denying that this seller sources some genuinely beautiful crystals. The quality and aesthetics of the pieces themselves are often very good, which is the main reason this isn’t a one-star review.
Unfortunately, the sales experience really lets it down. The live selling approach often feels uncomfortable and pressured. Items are frequently announced as “I’m claiming this,” which creates an awkward atmosphere where others seem discouraged from claiming afterwards. It can feel intimidating rather than welcoming.
There also appears to be a culture of policing within the live community. Certain members repeatedly restate rules in capital letters if anyone even slightly steps out of line, which makes the space feel tense rather than enjoyable. Instead of feeling like a relaxed crystal-loving community, it can feel controlled and uninviting.
On top of that, there is consistent bad-mouthing of other crystal sellers, which comes across as unnecessary and unprofessional. It creates the impression that customers are being steered to believe this is the only trustworthy place to buy crystals, rather than allowing the quality of the products to speak for itself.
In short: lovely crystals, but the selling tactics and overall atmosphere make the experience uncomfortable at times. With a more open, respectful, and positive approach, this could be a much better space.
I feel I need to update as I have been a customer for over two years, so this review doesn’t come lightly. To be told that reviews I resonate with are “invalid” or “fake” is quite frankly insulting.
Everyone has different experiences with sellers, and all views should be respected and valued — not dismissed because they don’t align with a particular narrative. Being made to feel that only certain opinions are acceptable has completely changed how I feel about this business.
Long-term customers deserve respect, not to have their perspectives undermined or belittled.
Unwatchable and unprofessional
Firstly I will say the items I’ve bought from here were beautiful. But the purchasing process is painful. Items are shown and multiple viewers comment the code to claim. They have an extremely frustrating system of putting potential purchases in review. So a customer can comment the code number plus “Review” and they get 12 hours to decide if they actually want to buy it or not. When there’s multiple comments off people wanting to purchase outright at that moment. You never find out if the item became available again. That is the reason I stopped buying and watching.
But like a magpie, I have been drawn in since just to see the beautiful items but the lives have become The Nyree Show. More her talking incessantly about herself and much less about crystals.
There’s now blatant favouritism. A handful of customers get to cherry pick and everyone else is ignored. And those said favourites treat others with disdain.
The crystal community is about peace, spirituality and love.
Crystal Auras is about Nyree’s manipulation and narcissism.
And no I’m not jumping on a bad review bandwagon. I’m telling the honest truth to counterbalance the influx of 5* reviews, as instructed to the flock of blind followers by the head of the herd.
Constructive and honest
I have been a customer for some time now and unfortunately the less than favorable reviews are simply true. The lives have felt more and more like an uncomfortable place to be. Nyree is often ranting about how she was the first or only person to do this or that, allowing others to scream in caps at others making the environment uncomfortable, etc. It is also unfortunately true that she caters to a certain 5 or so. The second they ask for an item she is literally jumping out of her seat or coming back shouting out that she found something for them while others have been begging for an item for days and they get an annoyed “Bear with us guys” response. It is A LOT of “I will look” when you ask for something and thus you think they mean that so you wait 8 hours to never have it mentioned again. She meets negative reviews with “If it feels like i'm picking favorites it is not intentional” but she does not change the fact that she is, in fact, doing it- intentional or not. I’ve stopped purchasing in Denver because I became uncomfortable watching people begging to see things after 7 days of supporting/ watching 8 hour lives a day to be told it was coming and it never does-unless you are a certain 5 of course. It is a lot of begging that falls on deaf ears- simply don't say you are about to look and then never do so people aren't waiting 8 hours a day for it. The lives have become chaotic ("lists" made and NEVER followed), uncomfortable, a place of blatant favoritism and feeling unvalued for your support and time. Make a list if you say you are going to look for something for someone they ask for specifically or just dont say you are going to look for it and never do- it is that simple- they can then log off instead of waiting because you told them you are going to get it. It’s become uncomfortable listening to Nyree talk about how she invented water. It seems the negative reviews are met with excuses or her even suggesting they come from a fake account rather than reflection, honesty and change.

This is nothing more than targeted harassment the reviews have all been written within 2 days.
So given that there is someone who is trying to destroy a business that is built on love, peace and ethics, I will give my very honest review.
I have been part of the community for nearly 3 years and have found it supporting and friendly. There is definitely no sign of a cult! Nyree is one of the kindest people I know with a good heart. She has supported me many times with my work with children and I have personally seen her support members of our community when they when they need it. Nyree clearly cares about The human and environmental impact of the crystals and minerals she sources is clearly important to Nyree and is evident throughout the education and her renowned reputation and education. She knows her stuff!
I love that there is a review system, I have never felt the need to impulsively buy as I know I have 12 hours to review, videos are also available on your review items. There is never any pressure to buy. My orders are always beautifully packed and arrive and any questions are always answered promptly.
I have joined every live at Tucson and not see any of the things the 1 star reviewers are claiming, perhaps they are confused?
Why someone would feel the need to write these bullying reviews is beyond me.

Authenticity, integrity and compassion
If I had to sum CA up in three words it would be: Authenticity, compassion, integrity. Never have I met a business that welcomes me with open arms like one of their own. CA is more than just physical products, it is community, and a powerhouse of a crystal energy, and healing family! CA is more than a shop, it’s about the people behind it as well. I do just want to say how amazing the products are too -hand picked by Nyree, authentic and ethical. CA come with a whole team of angels behind the scenes as well, customer service is like no other - multiple ways to contact, and I have never waited more than a couple of hours for a reply or resolution. Frustrating
It has become extremely difficult to claim items during these live sales due to the sheer volume of competition for each piece. The pace encourages rushed purchases rather than allowing customers to connect with items that genuinely resonate with them.
During the recent Tucson live sales, Nyree appeared upset upon discovering that some customers were also watching other live sales, even though those sales were from the same stand, featuring the same items. She stated that if people wanted to see something, they could simply ask and it would be shown. While this may be true for certain “inner circle” customers, having attended the live sales in both Denver and Tucson, I was honestly stunned by that comment.
In practise, even items placed in review, where customers are required to message to either claim or release, often went unread or unanswered. Repeated mix-ups with claims were not addressed, and the live chat was filled with people asking how to get through at all. Suggestions such as “message in all caps so we might notice” were being shared among customers, which speaks volumes.
There seems to be a willful disregard for how frustrating this experience is for buyers. Nyree’s focus appears to be primarily on the fact that CA has a large number of people competing for each item, rather than on ensuring that customers are actually able to secure pieces they truly want and connect with.

Honest and Authentic Business
Crystal Auras has become my go to place to purchase all of my crystals and crystal jewelry. Why? Because I trust this company. Nyree and Matt are the definition of authentic. They are passionate to ensure that the crystals they acquire are ethically sourced and of high quality. They don't sell to sell. They educate first because they want their customers to understand what they are purchasing. The community is so supportive and people are helpful. Crystal Auras team is always available to answer any questions because they want their customers to be satisfied and happy. They do not push anything on anyone. They are very respectful, genuine, thoughtful, honest, and maintain a tremendous character.
Cannot recommend enough
I cannot recommend Crystal Auras enough. I am saddened to see that one low vibe person (very clear it’s the same person) is making fake profiles and leaving false one star reviews. This person is hiding behind a screen like a coward, is extremely sad and jealous and should be ashamed of themselves. If you think leaving fake reviews will stop Crystal Auras or impact Nyree in any way, you should think again. Nyree does everything she can for every single customer, her crystals are the highest quality and Crystal Auras offers some of the best customer service I have ever experienced .
