Crystal Aura’s customer experience
I’ve been a customer for Crystal Auras for around two years now! I have some amazing crystal items and jewellery that bring me so much joy and the energy that radiates from them is surreal.
The lives are not just a chance to purchase items but also an education and Nyree will always take the time to educate people and answer any questions that have been asked on the live. The community itself is so caring and I have made so many connections with others who have very similar interests.
The team itself take so much care from customer service to packing and I have never had an issue and always been treated so kindly and with the upmost respect (and the deliveries always smell amazing).
The whole team work so hard and truly care about what they do. I wish them all the success in the world and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for CA xx
I just want to add to all the 1/2 star reviews being left I have felt some guilt and been quite upset over the last few days , due to the fact as a community member. I did try and help police some of the lives (which I did on my own accord) just to try and help out Nyree & Matt during some of the busy lives. There is usually around 100/150 people on the lives and to try and help the CA team. I took it upon myself to try and help, so they didn’t need to repeat themselves constantly in a 8 hour live and repeat some of the guidelines that were pinned in the chat during the live! So if I offended and upset anyone I apologise publicly it wasn’t my intention 🙏🏽💗🙏🏽 x
