I purchased a crystal on a live sale, but my internet was having problems, so I tried to sort it out while still trying to watch the live, I sent a message requesting my crystal, deleted the message accidentally, couldn’t get back on the live and stay in the room, and found I still managed to purchase one Crystal. I was hoping for more but my internet wasn’t stable enough to enjoy the live as much as I had hoped. But always a pleasure to shop here! ❤️

I really enjoy all the crystals I buy from the crystal company. Always so pretty.
I enjoy the live chat as really human and authentic and easy to navigate. The background tunes are alway awesome too.
Alex gets stuck right in and doesn’t hang around which means the live is easy to watch on your phone as it doesn’t go on forever.
The quality of the crystals is always good, customer service is excellent and I love the packaging with the incense stick and biodegradable peanuts.

I’ve just purchased 2 garnets, which are beautiful. Speedy delivery and incredibly well wrapped. I also received a free incense stick and a free crystal in a pouch. However there was no card detail to tell me what that free crystal was. So I emailed you to enquire, but have received no response? Could you let me know? Apart from not hearing back from you, the actual product and purchase process is spot on. I will purchase again. Thank you.

Beautiful crystals, absolutely love each one

I’d been eyeing up some of the Orca Agate Palms for a while and finally ordered a couple. They are stunning and I’m so pleased the them.

Order was dispatched quickly and arrived beautifully packaged with a Petrified Wood tumble stone alongside them.
