Biased service
I have been a customer of Crystal Auras for over a year and cannot fault the exceptional quality of the items i have purchased during this time.
However, i have found the live sales increasingly frustrating. The first 90 minutes is usually spent by the owner moaning about one thing or another - usually other sellers who do not meet her exacting standards - and her community lauding praise on her that resembles that of a cult!
The last batch of live sales in Tucson was increasingly frustrating, especially given the 7 hour time difference. Customers were encouraged to message with our wish list of what we wanted to see, which i did, on more than one occasion, but this was duly ignored. It appears that unless you are part of her 'in crowd' - a select group of c.5-6 customers, you are not prioritised. Yet these specific customers had items especially selected for them & had their requests fulfilled. I waited up night after night to see my requested items, only to be told to 'bear with us'. Its a shame that the same level of attention is not given to every customer.
