Have never booked through Crui.se before but was very happy from the initial enquiry to the final booking for the Douro river cruise. I made an enquiry with the company and Rebecca contacted me the next day.
She was very helpful indeed, I explained it woukd be our 1st River Cruise and wanted some advise. Nothing was too much trouble, Rebecca listened to our requirements and came up with a really good deal which appears to meet all our needs.
Rebecca was very friendly and professional and the whole booking process was very quick.
Very much looking forward to the cruise next June and will leave hopefully leave a 5* review when we return.

We haven't been on a river cruise before, but we were soon able to book a Danube Cruise for next October thanks to cru.se

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and patient and has answered all our queries - which cabin to choose, dinner arrangements, drinks package - and even suggested wisely that we do the cruise the other way round, i.e. from Budapest to Passau rather than starting from the north, as this would be more convenient for us. We wanted an extra two nights in Munich at the end of the trip, and so Rebecca arranged the air flights to match. Nothing was too much trouble, and she promptly replied by email to any queries we had. We booked with confidence and are delighted with our choices.

Being new to river cruising, we had little knowledge of what was involved. Fortunately we chose to book with Crui.se and are grateful that we did. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and professional and fully explained all the options available to us taking into account our needs. We have had many river cruises but this was our first booking with Crui.se

Rebecca our cruise consultant was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We knew our late request would probably end up with "nothing available" but Rebecca quickly came up with 2 options which met our requirements.

Rachel did everything she said she would and at the time she said she would. Kept us informed throughout the booking process and helped us in every way possible. If we need her advice in future I know she would be there for us, either by phone or email.

The booking arrangements for our Danube River cruise went very smoothly thanks to excellent attention from Alfie and Rachel / Rebecca.

I have purposely not reviewed shortly after booking in March 2024 for a June cruise because I wanted to include a few words about the cruise.

Alfie recommended 2 particular cabins saying one was preferable to the other because of it being on the better side of the ship. He was correct! Very good advice.

The cruise itself was outstanding. A very nice ship (Avalon Envision); extremely attentive staff (of many nationalities all speaking English); cruise manager, Ana Gimenez, excellent; all food of a high standard, variable with different dinner menus each day; onshore expeditions well conducted by English speaking guides with amazing knowledge of German, Austrian, Hungarian history; transport arrangements on time.

There was an initial problem not attributable to Avalon: the River Danube was fast flowing, very high (having flooded Passau some 7 days previous to our trip) so the ship had to sail from Linz, not Vilshofen. Linz is 2 days / night cruising downriver from Vilshofen. The cruise manager (and possibly others) had to coordinate the arrival in Linz of 147 passengers from various parts of the world at the required time at the ship. This was done, no mean achievement considering that many people had already departed from their homes.

We were looking to book a river cruise in France. Crui.se were advertising an Emerald river cruise, I contacted them and spoke with Rebecca who was very efficient in providing a number of deals to consider. I had booked another cruise with Rivieria about a month ago, not realising they they dealt through agents. I found another of their cruises and a web search revealed that Crui,se are an agent they deal through. I sent Crui.se an email enquiry and they responded promptly by phone. They gave me a discount from the cruise line's price. My wife and I have medical issues requiring assistance on both the flights and the cruise. Rebecca undertook to obtain our requirements from the cruise company to avoid me having to go through them over again.

I thought that the discussion was thorough and friendly manner. All of my questions were answered.

Crui.se are a relatively new and small company. They have ABTA protection and ambitions to grow. If they continue to provide this level of service, then I am sure that the growth will come

Just booked a Rhone river cruise for next May. Rachel was brilliant. My friend and I wanted single cabins and Rachel was so friendly, helpful, professional and efficient that we felt confident to book easily, (with cabins next door to each other). As previous reviewers have said Rachel is exceptionally easy to deal with - she understands exactly what you want and does her very best to achieve it! A credit to the company. We look forward to keeping in touch and enjoying our cruise next year.

Thinking that I was booking my holiday with SAGA, I was surprised to be contacted by Alfred Gadsby from Crui.se; a company that I was not familiar with.
