i was only willing to give it to DHL but when called DHL help line they asked me pay 1200 Per Kg from Delhi to USA

I wanted to send an urgent Document to USA

to ECFMG
i Was very upset because i got this document for immigration and immigration officer gave only 3 days time to send this courier to ECFMG Address

I found Couriervia.com though an ad of google Closed courier office near to immigration office so i went to them and asked because in the ad it was mentioned that they send it from most of the Brand

At first i was little afraid because i trust only FedEx or DHL for Sending any courier from India to USA

More over Charges they were offering was also even half as of FedEx offers on There help line

So i returned back tried to find the Office of FedEx again.

Spoke to FedEx Employee at the Desk But Some how i Felt he was not so educated and professional as couriervia people attended me

I was surprise to see team work they put although it went by FedEx courier

But I was satisfied

First I called FedEx they gave me charges which was insane and over it they were not willing to pack

All my good got packed reached Australia using the same FedEx service and half the price.

I wanted to send a parcel to Dubai. It contained a watch. I was not informed earlier that battery of the watch will be removed while sending it. The person who came to pick up the parcel told me this so I had to pay cancellation fees for nothing and when I called in the customers care they responded like it's not their responsibility to inform the customer about everything clearly. Disappointed with the service.

I've used Couriervia twice now. The first time was smooth enough as it was to US which an easy destination so I used it a second time to ship to Berlin, Germany and oh my god, what a nightmare it has been. Courier via basically selects the cheapest courier service, sometimes with no track record at all. This time it chose "prompt.com" that is not even a courier service. The package was not delivered to the correct address and the company provided no information as to how I could reach the counter parties in Berlin where it was to be delivered. Horrible horrible customer service. You will be much better off dealing directly with DHL/FedEx/UPS for international couriers because ultimately, they're the only courier services with adequate international shippers.

The address given was correct. There is a shop on the ground floor and apartments on the first and second floor. We had to ask Couriervia at least 5 different times to give us the contact number for the Germany office because we didn’t know which shipping service had been used. Finally they gave a FedEx customer care number. Then my friend (the recipient of the package) called up that number and arranged a day and time when she would be home. They were supposed to call her on arrival. But they never did. They had been leaving all their notes with the shop downstairs instead of calling her and left the package with the shop too even though she was at home the entire day. Now the package is misplaced.

Again, save your money - DO NOT use courier via. You will be better off paying more but being able to communicate with a proper shipping company. They have no idea about what they’re doing.
