They Pickup from door, Very good Staff I sent courier from E/2, Naraina to Bremen in GERMANY .They offered me DHL .Staff member Suraj help me!Happy to use them.

I wanted to send Courier to otago so-called FedEx office near me in R K Puram. They send someone from couriervia.com as they are authorized agents for pickup from Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad .I must appreciate their service as an agent to FedEx courier. We have never seen such a service in the past.Over the call now for the pickup boy Dilip who came in for pickup is very professional.

They send someone from couriervia.com as they are authorized agents for pickup from TRILOK PURI NEW DELHI .I must appreciate their service as an agent to FedEx courier. We have never seen such a service in the past.Over the call now for the pickup boy Taroon1 who came in for pickup is very professional.

I have been trying to get my parcel…

I have been trying to get my parcel from you guys for a year now. At first it was not possible because of lock down. Then they told me that I need to pay storage charges or I pay the amount that they asked for. Some of the people I emailed were rude and told me that they don’t care who’s fault it is and that I should just pay what there are demanding. Finally a year later I decided to give in and pay what they asked for. They sent me an invoice with a payment link that did not work and then asked me to pay via transfer under a different company name. I’m am surprised that an international courier company don’t take payment via their payment system by international card. I have been in constant contact via email, WhatsApp and phone. I do not feel comfortable paying via transfer especially if it is under a different name. The amount that they want me to pay is a large sum of 38250 rupees. I need to make sure I will not get conned. I live in the Uk.

In response to your response. I have tried to pay by card but your payment system does not accept any of the Visa cards I have. The did not send me a transfer like but they sent me bank details. I am happy to pay my transfer link.
The payment was made today via pay tm. We got a message that the payment did not go through but the bank are saying that the payment was made.

I have made payment but when I down loss the invoice it says that payment is still out standing. I emailed you guys to send me an invoice or to stylist confirm in an email that payment has been received but they have not done this or replied to my email. This is the worst courier service I have ever seen. 😡

We appreciate that you have given us a chance to clarify this on this platform.
It upsets some clients or unpleasant for all when we ask them to pay something unexpected and unasked.

We have records for all email and phone conversation for legal purpose
We have a professional setup cloud-based for taking calls which confirms every call and every email has been replied.


Told and not Told is Controversial.

We have mentioned terms which clearly say.



➤Sender Should pay warehouse charges if a shipment is on hold for more than two days in our office due to any reason 10 per kg per Day or 100 rs per Day ( whichever is higher) would charge Extra.



There are many things that clients need to pay later depending on the consciences, so we mention all these consciences and define their liability before we even take the parcel.


It is all mentioned in the Terms that you agree and gave it, and we didn't get any issues from your end even after four months the parcel was booked.

We understand due to covid, everything stands still, and we have locked down.
We are not EVEN asking about the charges for the Period Between March - Aug 2020
We were willing to send the parcel in Sept 2020 without any warehouse charges.
You were not willing to send it.
We informed you about the warehouse charges In Sept 2020 also.

Today is 20 Mar 2021; if you ask about your parcel, how much would you pay?

Yes, we take payment to your international accounts.

3 Methods
1) We have a Swap machine to take international payment. You can use your Credit card / Debit card / master / visa
Any Country you can pay
2) Our current account is Swift Enable, and we accept payments.
3) We also take payments from https://transferwise.com/

We get all most 40 -50 international payments every month.

Humble request, please do not take time to resolve the issue.
We would suggest speaking with Vineet and resolving your issue as we do not see any transaction problem.
