Absolute pathetic service. will describe them in 3 words cheater, thief and liar.

They taken out our stuff and put all the blame on DHL and made false proof to show that they have deliverd same weight which they took from us and later on when we contacted DHL they told us the weight that was 2kg less than what we booked. and when we showed them they are not responding.. ill say to go for extra amount and book with reputed courier partners rather than these thieves.

We have been Sending Various Parcel by brands Like FedEx, DHL and UPS. We have never seen any Courier Service so prepared with the pickup.No Only There International Courier charges are better than These Brands But they have been Delevring Extra When it comes to packing the Stuff and Customer Service.

I've used Couriervia for the first time. I used it to ship at Stuttgart, Germany and I thought ok lets try them it is obvious that they give me all necessary information regarding my package just wanted to send few cloths to my family and cost of clothes were only 4000 but company provided no information as to how I could send my package any bill is necessary to send along with cloths. Horrible horrible customer service they just want their money and force you to pay online. You will be much better off dealing directly with DHL/FedEx/UPS for international couriers because ultimately, they're the only courier services with adequate international shippers. German government charge me extra 40 Euro as Custom duty which means 3200 Indian rupees just because miss richa agent of couriervia didn't give me required information to send bill along with clothes when I asked her why this much cost charged by their government she said sorry I don't know you have to pay this amount to them otherwise we will destroy your package their. We had to ask Couriervia at least 3 different times to give us the contact number for the Germany office because we didn’t know which shipping service had been used. Finally they gave a DHL Express customer care number. Then my friend (the recipient of the package) called them and gathered information as to why was I made to pay this extra amount and courier person informed that the package should be accompanied with the bill and it should have been informed to you by the courier company in India.

Again, save your money - DO NOT use courier via. You will be better off paying more but being able to communicate with a proper shipping company. They have no idea about what they’re doing.
