Everyone was super kind with us, The first car we got had a mechanical issue and they changed it for another car for the same cost, they are always in communication and the rent prices are acceptable based on the quaility.

My experience was great
My experience was great! The lady at the airport, the young man that drove me from the airport to Infinity office near by and the lady at the counter were very nice to me and did their job real well. The car a rented was fine.

Good option
The car was quite dirty in the sense that it had been to the beach and there was sand in the interior; also somo of the engine warning lights were on all the time. The staff at the Mérida offcie were helpful and polite and I got a great del because of those details. The person that handed me the keys was really through with the explanation as to why the light were on. The car had no mechanical issues whatsoever and I do really appreciate the extra effort put into the deal.

Mi experiencia con Infinity fue muy buena a parte de tener una atención muy cálida hacia sus clientes muy amables, el vehículo en perfectas condiciones ellos siempre al tanto del seguimiento de la renta de la entrega de recogerte y llevarte de regreso al aeropuerto, todo muy bien les damos 10/10 👍 es la segunda vez que rento coches con ellos y seguiré haciéndolo cada que vaya a Cancún 😎 gracias Infinity y hasta pronto 😁😉

Tuve una excelente experiencia con el servicio al cliente de American Travel Car Rental en Avenida Solidaridad Iberoamericana 7973, San José, Guadalajara, Jalisco. Desde el inicio hasta el final, todo el proceso fue muy amable y profesional.
Tuvieron la amabilidad de ayudarme a cambiar a un vehículo más grande debido a viajeros adicionales inesperados. La entrega del auto y toda la transacción fueron muy rápidas, sencillas y con un trato muy cordial y atento.
La devolución del vehículo también fue rápida y eficiente, y su servicio de transporte/shuttle es excelente.
Ya soy cliente recurrente y me da gusto decir que seguiré utilizando sus servicios. La neta, así da gusto rentar carro y no andar batallando después!
