UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE !!

EVERYTHING WAS WRONG !! I GAVE THE BOOKING TO YOUR AGENT ANS SUBSEQUENTLY GOT CALLS FROM 4 DIFFERENT NOS ASKING IF THEY CAN PICK UP THE PACKET.
SOMEBODY CAME TOOK THE PACKET, THE CASH AND ALL THE DETAILS HE NEEDED. LATER IN THE NIGHT I RECD A CALL ASKING FOR A PHOTO OF MY ADHAR CARD, OR ELSE MY PACKET WONT GO. I REFUSED TO SEND MY ADHAR TO AN UNKNOWN NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY HAD THE SAME FROM A PREVIOUS BOOKING AND MY PACKET WAS GOING.
HOWEVER IN THE MORNING WE SAW ONLINE IT WAS ONT LOADED. OUR BOOKING AGENT HAD NO CLUE ABOUT THE MISSED PARCEL AND THE PROBLEM WHICH CAME. HE WAS RUDE AND KEPT SHOWTING AND DEFENDING HIMSELF.
IT WAS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, THEY JUST PUT ON ANY PORTAL AND ANY OF THE BOYS IN THE VICIMITY PICK UP THE PARCEL. THE BOOKING PERSON DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THEM AND YOUR SECURITY DOCS LIKE ADHAR ARE BEING SHARED WITH THEM. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THERE IS NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOOKING AGENT WHO CLEARLY SAYS THAT IT IS ANOTHER DEPARTMENT.
MY PACKET WAS NOT SENT AND WHEN I AM ASKING BACK FOR THE PACKET AND MONEY THEY SAY YOU WILL GET AFTER 2 DAYS AND THAT TOO AFTER DEDUCTING CANCELLATION CHARGES.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry this experience fell short of your expectations. We have reviewed your booking (DEL0041299) in detail, including the call records and messages.

Here is what our records show:

• Our quotation and the pickup confirmation SMS both stated that 1 Photo ID and 1 Address Proof would be needed at pickup, as listed in our terms (couriervia.com/terms.php).
• At pickup, our executive asked for the ID. It wasn't provided then, and he accepted the parcel on the understanding that the documents would follow.
• That evening our team called you. When we couldn't reach you, we emailed the document requirements from our official address, cs@couriervia.com.
• KYC (photo ID and address proof) is mandatory under Indian Customs rules and carrier policy for every international shipment. No carrier will move a parcel without it, which is why the shipment was held until the documents were in place.

On the specific concerns you raised:

• Calls from different numbers: our pickup coordination and support teams contact customers from their own official lines. We understand this was confusing and are working to reduce it.
• Sharing your Aadhaar: your caution is absolutely right. KYC documents should only be shared through our official email, cs@couriervia.com, and we will make this clearer in our pickup messages.
• Staff conduct: we have gone through every interaction and did not find our staff being rude, but we are sorry if any conversation felt that way.
• Cancellation: you were offered the option to cancel and take the parcel back, with a cancellation charge covering the pickup and handling already done, as per our terms.

Your shipment has since been dispatched. If you'd like to discuss anything further, please write to cs@couriervia.com or call +91-7861011111 and quote your booking ID.

Avoid Couriervia at all costs.

They quoted ₹311/kg initially, then after taking my parcel, suddenly increased it to ₹563/kg — leaving me with no choice. On top of that, they charged extra for “repacking” and still delivered my curtains in a damaged and poorly packed condition.

This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic with zero accountability. Completely unprofessional and unreliable service.

Do not trust them with your goods.
