Thank you!

Excellent service from Emma & her team.

Survey was done within days, not even a week from instructing them to producing the full in-depth survey.

Brilliant service and SO recommended.

Cant recommend complete home surveys enough. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The report is professional and clear.

Emma was fantastic, kept us in the loop and was really friendly.

Good value for money

Had good communication with Emma who answered and explained everything before the survey. Survey was booked in a week time. Got the report in 3 days, took me 3 days to talk to surveyor but Liam answered all my queries patiently when I had the chance. Overall had a good experience with CHS. I would recommend this company to others.

Fast service with a detailed account of issues would recommend to friends and family would not hesitate to use this company again in the future

We'd recommend Complete Home Surveys. Quick turnaround, a reasonable price, and a stress-free part of our home purchase.
Emma was very efficient at organising the survey with the estate agents and getting the survey to us. Sean completed our survey; it was well written and within the timeframes set.

Really happy the service I received from start to finish, the survey was straightforward to arrange and I was given example surveys of what I would get back to ensure I was getting the right survey for what I needed to know.
I was also able to give the surveyor a call after it had been completed to go more in depth.
So happy I did this it saved me from buying a property that just wasn’t right for me.

Really thorough survey received in the time that they stated. Emma was super helpful getting us kicked off and the whole process took about two weeks from instructing to receiving the report. Our seller unfortunately pulled out of the sale but we are looking to instruct them again for a new property. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service from Complete Home Surveys, quick turnaround at a reasonable price. They spotted issues which enabled a renegotiation of the price to allow the works to be completed. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Really simple & easy service. They liaised direct with the estate agent for access & delivered a detailed report on the property a day later.

Outstanding service from Emma Philips. Every step of the way Emma assisted with care and professionalism. I would highly recommend complete Home Surveys without a shadow of a doubt. Exceptional company and they saved me from purchasing a property that was in desperate need of urgent repair. Thank you so so much.

Brilliant. Would definitely recommend

Great service from start to finish. Quick, professional and competitively priced. Definitely would recommend.

Provided a very detailed report which was easy to read and gave specific actions to address concerns. Have used the company to survey 2 properties and both reports were very detailed.

Communication was brilliant, from start to finish and even after I had received the report they followed up to check if I had any queries or issues.

Price was much better than what I had been quoted elsewhere and the report was thorough.

Thank you very much.
