Speedy resolution of resetting the alarm
I had a problem setting the alarm caused by an interruption whlle doing so. I rang Chubb and explained the situation to a lady who was exceptionally helpful and arranged for an engineer to ring me etc. The engineer was very patient and sorted the problem. All this was done in a very short time - FIRST CLASS SERVICE - Thanks!

Great service
Our regular engineer Kevin is always polite and answers any questions we might have. A credit to the company. We always check he is scheduled for our service as would prefer to wait for him as he knows our alarm system inside out!

Disjointed and frustrating
Following a fire in we have committed to spending almost £100k in restoring or replacing our fire and security systems.
Structural demarcation between functional teams and a lack of centralised project management has resulted in an uncoordinated and frustrating response.
