The engineer that attended our site is our regular engineer so all went very smoothly.
Also, he called before he cam which does not always happen.

Awful company
You sent an invoice even though you hadn't visited the site in an age and were outside the contract. You sent someone along who tells us that all the extinguishers are out of date and needed replacing and that we were outside a contract. That person doesn't inform us that we will be charged for this visit. We then receive an aborted visit fee! Why didn't the office know the appliances were out of date before sending this person along? We then receive a demand for not only the aborted fee but also the years charge (Even though we are out of contract) and an added fee for the debt collectors!! Is this any way to run a business? disgusting!

Excellent Service
The engineer was friendly and pleasant. He did the servicing of our fire extinguishers and advised what we need to upgrade our equipment. He was not pushy or forceful, but recommended what we would need to keep our equipment in a good, servicable condition.
