It was very easy to get through to the correct department I needed and the advisor on the end of the phone was very nice and friendly and helfpul. Everything I needed was covered and an engineers appointment was booked.

Good all round service
Booking the appointment was easy, the engineer was on time, promptly did what was required, replaced the battery on the day, explained what he had done and what was needed. Was considerate of the fact I was working on-line from home at the same time as he was conducting the tests.

The same friendly and efficient engineer who has been here several times before, we like the continuity. He phoned the afternoon before our appointment to ask if he could bring it forward as he was in the area. This happened to suit us better, and he was with us about 20 minutes later.
