I would like to acknowledge my thanks for Ibrahim Mulla for resolving an invoice issue with regard to a Maintenance visit that never took place and I thought just simply lapsed. I was quite stressed about this and telephoned the regional Chubb office yesterday. Ibrahim Mulla said he would call me back which he did today restoring my high regard for Chubb. Top marks for Ibrahim.

over £5k more per annum
Just had another reputable local company come in and evaluate our contract. We are paying nearly £7000 a year for a service. It's going to cost us £1500 a year with this other company like for like. Please make sure you check your agreements against other local organisations to me. This is an absolute rip-off in times when savings need to be made..

ALI is the engineer that provided excellent service in dealing with our fire alarm system. Always have the impression that in the corporate centre things are a bit of a shambles but ALI certainly saved Chubb’s reputation on this. ALI is a superb ambassador for Chubb

As a Premises Manager of a large High School it is important and reassuring to know that our premises are secure and protected. We have used Chubb for many years to look after our intruder alarm system.
I have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs if issues arise.
Our local technician Darren is superb, nothing is to much trouble for him.

No communication
No communication. Take forever to come back to us with any queries we have. Get passed around from pillar to post to different departments. Completely disorganised, no idea what you are doing. Never know when you are visiting. Over charge. Always trying to sell. Hence why we are giving you three months notice to leave.
