The recent fire extinguisher and AED servicing visit went well. The engineer arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and completed the inspection and servicing of all units without disruption to site operations. He was particularly helpful throughout and fully complied with site rules and procedures.

Booking service appointment simple and fast.
Service engineer friendly and efficient while here.
However we never had a call from them saying they were on there way and it was a morning appointment(9-13hrs) but they came after this.

Chubb Operates at only 50% Response.
Firstly it took over 48 hrs for the Engineer to get back in touch with me having asked your inquiry desk on Wednesday to ask Matthew Brennan to contact me. Then after he had attended he failed to provide the Certificate of Conformity which I had to chase up. Was left with the impression that your engineer was operating at only 50% Productivity. The weather had already cooled by then!

Old keypad replacement…
Queried the problems we were having with the keypad at the annual service. Discussed with the visiting engineer and decided on a new keypad to replace the ancient keypad we had. This was duly fitted and we found it to be much improved on the old one and very much easier to use.
My only problem is that no instructions were included in the packaging should we have any future problems

Crisis Averted
The alarm monitoring was turned off in error by SMC after instruction from Chubb. It took 5 hours and countless phone calls to both SMC and Chubb to have it reinstated.
I wish to single out Jeanette and Daniel in Chubb Customer Services for their excellent assistance in this matter and without whom this incident would not have been resolved until the next day.

Got through to an engineer quite…intruder alarm fault
Got through to an engineer quite quickly, didn't have to waite too long to come, took a bit of solving had to call them out three times to solve the problem but got there in the end. Same engineer had to come out twice he explained things well and got the problem sorted. Was happy with the out come.from st Matthew's church BD5 9AA.
