Surgery call out
Tony attended our surgery on the same day we reported an issue with our fire alarm system. He promptly identified the fault and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Simple reset of sensor stuck on active solved problem.
Simple reset of both blue keypad buttons solved problem. One of the sensors was stuck on active. Problem solved in less than one minute!
