We had the numbers changed on our keypad as the others were worn and not working well. This was done completely free of charge,which was a relief to us as pensioners, and the operative was extremely pleasant and helpful and efficient.

Fabulous service
The engineer, Mr Gary Smith, called ahead to advise me of his ETA and arrived within the quoted timeframe. He was polite, well presented and extended me the courtesy of donning overshoes to protect my wooden floor. He was familiar with my rather antiquated alarm system and all checks and tests were conducted efficiently and he took the time to explain his actions. He reassured me about the continued availability of spare and/or replacement parts and signposted me on how to contact Chubb if I required assistance. Altogether, Mr Smith exuded a polite, affable and professional demeanour which is a credit to Chubb. Clearly he is proud of his work and he ensured I was happy with the service I had received. It is this level of consummate professionalism that has kept me a loyal Chubb customer for 30 years. Thank you.
