They dealt with my issues really well
They dealt with my issue really well from Faiza Hussain at retentions to Simon Freer . All worked out very well in the end . Also the engineer who came to upgrade the system was very helpful.

James arrived on time as arranged and was very thorough in testing the system including the battery life of all sensors. He explained everything he was doing and also mentioned the panic alarm. We discovered we had a key for panic alarm which we didn’t realise before!! He showed us how to use it in an emergency which was extremely helpful. A very polite and informative young man.
