Has to be the worst dealership

Has to be the worst dealership on the UK especially Nissan Blackpool.
This is the second time I’ve ordered a new car from them and again they’ve pissed me about.
Last time 6 years ago I was forced to travel to Derby from Blackpool to collect the car from a different dealer I’d had on order with Chorley Nissan for months.
I can’t believe they’ve done exactly the same dirty trick again.
I ordered and paid a sizeable deposit on a new Nissan with a delivery date of early March 2026, then it was late March, then April now it’s late May.
They have no mechanism to keep me informed but make me go out of my way to keep visiting their showroom.
Nobody should trust these clowns.

I can assure you that Brodie has been keeping you updated throughout, and we do appreciate how disappointing it is when delivery dates continue to move. Unfortunately, these delays are due to manufacturer-related issues with the new model and are outside of our control, but that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating for you.

I understand your concerns regarding availability elsewhere, however allocation and delivery timings can vary between markets and dealerships, which can sometimes lead to differences in when vehicles arrive.

5 star treatment at Bolton

Dawid at Chorley Group in Bolton has always made my car purchases stress free and my latest purchase was no exception. Dawid discussed all finance options available without any sales push. Upon car collection, he helped me sync my phone and went through all in-car features before I set off. Thank you Dawid.

The staff are so friendly

The staff are so friendly , nothing is too much trouble , they put every effort into making your experience in buying a car so effortless , mark king was incredable during my purchase , he is so good at talking me through the whole process , i've purchased 4 now from chorley group each time it's mark king who dealt with my car purchase , and i've got to give a huge shout out to all staff with their friendliness thank you for making buying another car so painless , i love my new car

David Gore was exceptional

David Gore was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic to our stressful situation and went out of his way to fit in with our short time frame. He was also very kind and patient and really helped us focus our decision making. Picked the car up last night and just enjoying it now.

Really good experience

Having not previously purchased a vehicle from a dealer out of the area I was a little nervous, but dealing with Megan at Chorley MG was brilliant. No pressure, friendly, and stuck to my budget. She sent all the documents over quickly and checked I had received everything. She was also quick to respond to any queries, and everyone I spoke to from the dealership was really friendly. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Pure class

Super service from Chorley Nissan, Strand Road, Preston

We have once again just upgraded our Nissan Juke at the Dealership on Strand Road Preston.
We were made aware that the time had come to potentially make the change, and were informed of possible cars available.
During this time there was no pressure put on us to make a decision, and we were given breathing space to weigh up what was on offer.
A number of phone calls were then received from Lewis, again, with no pressure, but we finally decided on the car. Lewis kept us updated with e mails and videos with regards to the car, and finally invited us down when the car was ready for pick up.
There were a few minor issues that needed resolving, but Lewis addressed these.
Overall we received excellent service, as ever, and could not fault how we were looked after.
Chorley Group treat you with respect, and value your custom, and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of looking for another car.

Quality service from a very pleasant gent called Gareth.

May I just say from the minute I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Gareth who was busy with a customer but still found time to answer the questions I had. Then from there going forward 2 more visits and a car purchased. Nothing was a problem. Would recommend Gareth as a top guy and a pleasure to do business with. Just purchased a Nissan Juke from Chorley, Bolton, Dawid was very helpful, informative and friendly, was given plenty of time to look around vehicle, and was given a long test drive to make sure the vehicle was the right choice for me , well informed of any extras I could go for and was not pushy in any way, I would highly recommend this dealership a pleasure to do business with

Had an amazing experience at Nissan…

Had an amazing experience at Nissan Blackpool. I rang to enquire about a specific vehicle. They made a bespoke video for me straight away which they sent over. When I arrived I found Staff were very attentive. Helped when I needed it and left you alone to look at cars and test drive which was great. I bought a used car from them which they serviced and MOT’d as the last MOT had less than 9 months on it. Came back with a couple of advisories which they fixed straight away. Jennifer was great, as well as everyone else I came in contact with. Other garages I’ve been to have treated me differently when they realise it’s a second hand car I want, but not here. They treat everyone the same. Highly recommend this dealership.

Having had my car written off

Having had my car written off, and only having it for less than 12 months, I wanted another Kona. So went on Chorley motors website to see what they had available. I seen one that I liked, reserved it. After a couple of phone calls with Tom, went down next day viewed liked it and Tom took care of us and sorted everything out and kept us updated. Treated with respect and very happy with the service we received.
