Chorley group Citroen Blackpool .I had my car serviced 17th and I unfortunately didn't have time to wash my car prior to dropping off ..to my amazement I picked up my car was not only serviced correctly but they even washed and polished it I can not tell you how much I appreciate this act of kindness they go up and about whenever they do any work .they truly are one of the BEST car companies I deal with and would change THANKYOU .I FORGET THE MERCHANICS NAME WHO DID MY CAR. But I really do appreciate it

AMAZING COMPANY!

What can I say about these guys?! 5 stars is not enough! They have been absolutely incredible from start to finish. Constantly in touch and always there to hand to answer and questions I had. New Mini!!

After finding the vehicle online I enquired and was contacted by Sim who has been so helpful the last few days. Nothing was too much trouble and communication has always been efficient, even sending me videos of the car inside and out and organising the car to be delivered to my home address in a really short time frame. Super friendly and helpful would 100% recommend Chorley Group & Sim Singh!

Excellent customer service

Our sales advisor Brodie was excellent. He kept us up to date with the whole process without being pushy. (I’ve no time for pushy sales people). He was thorough, knowledgable and very pleasant. We would highly recommend Chorley group to others.

If it wasn’t for my mum I wouldn’t have…

If it wasn’t for my mum I wouldn’t have found this car let’s start there haha! I was searching high and low for the right car right price right mileage colour and spec with a couple of extra must and must nots. I did my shopping around on the web as we all do when searching for a car, reached out to a few other dealerships and got the usual half hearted responses, people who couldn’t tell you the truth and people who believed they were gods gift to that enquiry. I was on the verge of giving up especially the day before finding this one when I tried to get to speak to a salesman at another dealer group when I kept being told I have to speak to a receptionist or head office to ask about a car.. anyway I rolled the dice one more time and I was close to loosing when told someone was coming for a test drive on what is now my new car.. however Sean from the initial enquiry to his cheerful voice on the citnow video and promising me the things I were concerned about weren’t present like smell of smoke etc. kept dropping subtle hints about reserving the car for £99 as you’d expect but I didn’t mind it and it kept playing on my mind all day to the point I messaged him later on asking how the test drive went and when he basically said they didn’t buy it there and then I was over the moon. That night the £99 deposit was put in the car all the bits he mentioned of the little imperfections were dealt with and everything he said he was doing was done, don’t get that much these days! From an ex salesman myself also working for the brand not the Chorley group but Citroen I knew the cars, Sean reminded me a bit of myself and he may not forgive me for saying this but it felt like I was buying a car off my dad made it easy as it could be and also I’ve never bought a car without seeing it in person but I trusted him and he delivered! Thanks again Sean and the Chorley group you may have a customer for a long time with me. No doubt I’ll be in touch in a couple of years for a change! P.s. my cup turned up empty was expecting a brew to be thrown in😅

Recently purchased my Peugeot 3008.sim the salesman was very professional and helpful, the after sales was excellent, a few little problems with the car were quickly and professionally dealt with by Craig who provided us with a car whilst the small problems were being resolved. Excellent customer service from…

Excellent customer service from Sean.Went on a VIP day and received extra amount off my car from the tombola.Sean covered all details about the car and we found it much better that we could test drive the car ourselves with no pressure.Our Seat Arona was ideal for what we now require.Slight mark and poor windscreens wipers were quickly addressed.Fully appreciate the all round effect of the staff members.
Would definitely return.

From finding my car on the website to going into the showroom my experience could not have been better.

No Customer Parking !

What a joke this place is. Went to view a new car with intentions of ordering. Not one customer parking spot was available. Drove round and round and can’t even park outside the dealership as there are double yellow lines. How do they hope to sell cars when you can’t even park up at their site ! Went to stellantis in Preston and was able to park and found the place brilliant with helpful staff available.

A credit to the company !

First thing this morning I ordered a Heater blower Resistor for my 2009 Xsara Picasso.
I dealt with Dwayne in the parts department..
He was VERY efficient and gave me the impression that although my car is old and not valuable, I mattered !
He said he would order the part and text me later that day when it arrived..
He kept to his word and did just that..
I left work early and met Dwayne in person.
A credit to the Chorley Group..
He gave the sort of customer service that seems to be getting pretty rare these days.
I am a believer in a "Pat on the back" hence my review.
I hope the Powers that be at the Chorley Group read these reviews!!
