Excellent Customer Service
Gareth Smith at your Burnley branch was excellent. He explained everything in detail, was professional and friendly. He kept me up to date with the process. The only negative really, was that although the second hand car that I wanted to purchase was shown as being at the Burnley branch, it had not arrived there and it took nearly a week to do so. However, that was the organisations problem not the branch. I will certainly use Burnley Branch again.

My wife and I visited Nissan Chorley to purchase an 18 month old Nissan X-Trail. This was our first purchase from this company.

Rio took a great deal of time in explaining the car’s gadgets which was really appreciated!
The car was in excellent condition, and the handover process was smooth and exciting. We left feeling confident in our purchase and valued as a customer.

Bought my last car from Chorley…
Bought my last car from Chorley Nissan,so I decided to go back there. I was served by Tommy Mann, who listened to my needs,and found me a car. There was some negotiation on the finance and I came away with an excellent deal. All in all a great experience!! When i went to collect the car Tommy took me through the newer bits of the car and answered all my questions. It was a real pleasure to do business with Chorley Nissan and Tommy Mann !!

Terrible Service
On Wednesday I took my vehicle for its yearly Service and MOT. I had a bad experience i rang at 13.30 for an update and was told it hadn't been started (not happy) I rang back 15 minutes later and I told them I'd pick it up next morning i arrived at 11.30 to pick up my vehicle to be told it still hadn't been started I'm fuming now I said ok when you done it you can drop it off at my home address that happened at 17.00. The vehicle was dirty hadn't been valeted the carpet on the drivers side was un clipped. I brought my vehicle 7 years ago new and had it serviced there every year with no problems but this time I was let down. I will not be going back. !!!

Went to the blackpool branch to look for a used car. We met a young man in sales John Moore you should be very proud he was the nicest sales man i have every dealt with nothing was to much trouble for him.
