I recently bought a car from Nissan Chorley Wigan and had a really positive experience.

Tom, who I dealt with, was extremely helpful and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and he gave clear, honest advice throughout. All my questions and worries were answered, which really put me at ease.

As a single woman buying a car on my own, I was quite anxious due to previous bad experiences, but Tom completely restored my faith in car dealers. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend Tom and the team to anyone looking for a car.

Days before collecting my new car on the Motability scheme, I found out the salesman had quietly tried to give me a less powerful car than I'd been priced for, in the colour I wanted, a spec that wasn't even on the Motability scheme. When I queried it, he claimed it was on the scheme. It wasn't. I asked him to cancel. He didn't. I had to ring Motability myself to sort it out. Zero transparency. A bit of honesty early on might have kept my custom. Ordered elsewhere instead.

I have just took receipt of my new Mobility car and I have to say Daniel made everything easy. Kept excellent communication with me via phone and email on the status of the car. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made it all so easy, thank you Daniel!

Had a brilliant experience at Wigan Nissan. Tom Shuttleworth was the salesman that was dealing with me . He was excellent.He helped me find my new car . Kept me up to date with all the process and on the day of collection, everything rang so smoothly. Love my car so much and would definitely go back and speak with Tom over my next car. terrible over the past three times our car went in to be fixed items have been stolen. a hello kitty fan from the back of the left seat when the carama went in to be fixed earlier this year. next the air con went a pen was stolen. now lastly they called it in for software update and now my special glasses i need to be outside have been stolen from the same back of the seat the fan was in. they are refusing to pay for replacement glasses the glasses were left the night before it went into them and gone after it come back. saying no cctv? surely that would show someone in the back of the car were they should not of been in the first place. won’t be using ormskirk one again next car w8nt have anything to do with these idiots.

First class service from the team at Chorley Nissan. Jack was superb in the whole process, kept us informed at every stage of the process and within a week we were driving away in our car. I found the staff at MG Chorley very helpful and friendly. They took time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. The part change process was efficient and a fare price was offered for my old car. Alex found me a new care which met all my requirements and is a great colour! On hand over day Simon was very helpful and accommodating, sitting in the car with me and explaining how everything worked. That meant I could drive home confidently.

It was a very smooth process and the salesman made us welcome and gave us an honest opinion when we had told him what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend.

Very Disappointing experience with Chorley Motors.
Approached dealership excited about buying a car, but unfortunately the overall process left us feeling uncomfortable and lacking extreme confidence especially in the transparency of the finance and negotiation discussions. I’d be very weary going in as a naive customer.
While the staff were polite throughout (typically sales trained) the experience ultimately became stressful rather than enjoyable, and despite raising our concerns directly with management, we remain disappointed with the outcome and overall handling of the matter.

Had a great experience with this company. Had a fair way to travel to see the vehicle and was relying on the companies description of it, and it was as described, if not better !
Adam looked after me without the usual pressure sell.
I have no hesitation in recommending Chorley Preston and their website will be my first port of call in should I consider another purchase
