I tried to get information on a few different barbecues. I was interested in purchasing from several companies. Some were better than others, but it wasn’t until I spoke to Gary at Chadwick and hacks. Did I feel totally taken care of, got the best deal I found and would absolutely recommend them highly!

You initially sent us a photo of your Acumen receiver showing the offset battery layout, and based on that, we directed you to the correct matching part with full product details, including part number, photos and specifications. We also advised you to confirm compatibility with Napoleon before ordering.
The part you received is the correct Acumen battery box. This was confirmed by our team and again by a competitor who stocks the same RCK-I kits.
Even though electrical components are final sale — clearly stated both in our emails before your purchase and on our site — we still offered an exception: a return if unopened, plus a discount on a replacement kit. That’s beyond what our policy requires, yet we offered it to help you move forward.

You actually had this battery case in stock, it was shipped fast and shipping was very reasonable, the part worked perfectly. If I couldn’t get this part it might have been a very cold winter in my house. Thank you guys for an awesome deal.

Napoleon Purview 50-in
I ordered two Napoleon Purview 50-inch fireplaces and had them delivered to Calgary. There was a small mix-up in the first shipment where I only received one, but once I reached out, they sent the second unit right away. I’m really happy with the ordering and delivery process. Now, I’m excited to install them and see how they look in place!
