Great selection of high quality spice mixes. Only place I know locally to get meat church products. One of the seals were broke out of the 10 I ordered but that happens some times during shipping. Will order again!

Called the company in Ottawa and spoke…
Called the company in Ottawa and spoke to a rep. He asked the model number of the bbq and knew exactly what part was required. It was mailed to us. It has yet to be installed because one of the screws is stripped (on the bbq) so the under plate can’t be removed to put in the new part. Just waiting on my son to help out (to remove the screw).

La livraison c'est effectuée rapidement dès que tous mes items sont revenus disponibles en magasin.( environ 10 jours). Tous mes items étaient en parfaites conditions à la réception également. TOUT ÉTAIT PARFAIT malgré le délai entendu.
Piste d'amélioration; il serait intéressant de savoir si ce que nous sélectionnons est disponible maintenant ou à une date X ? Cela favoriserait nos choix pour les prochaines commandes en ligne que votre inventaire soit aussi disponible pour nous permettre de faire un choix judicieux en ligne.

Great cover.
The delivery time of order was fast and I received a great price. The cover is a perfect fit (75") and I like the shade of grey. The cover has two rings for easy removal and a velcrow opening for easy access to the BBQ when cover is on.I would order another cover when needed.

The width on the tines are to wide for…
The width on the tines are to wide for my Traeger timberline XL grills. Not sure what grills these were made for. Also 1 handle is black with the grill grate on the handle. The 2nd one has a light color handle and different wording on the handle.
How do I respond to you, love to help with this matter. I have a $6K smoker and I thought this was a cool tool til it wasn't, can kinda use it to clean the underside a bit
