I have purchased a number of items from this company and the service has always been excellent.

My latest interaction was with technical support.

Lamont went above and beyond, liasing with the product manufacturer to resolve the issue.

I suggest checking the site you are looking at as there is another online company with an almost identical name.

The company associated with this review are based in Leeds.

Yet again CCTV Direct Tech Support has exceeded expectations. Lamont has remotely resolved a customers commercial system which was failing to connect after they interfered with their router. No drama, no hastle, all up and running again with no fuss

I couldnt get my head around a particular issue with the way a system was set up at a customers house.
Well i know a guy who could, Spoke to Lamont based in Leeds, not the first time ive spoken to Lamont, He was able to remote connect with the system and sort it out in no time at all.
This guy is like an Oricle, no idea how he does it, but im glad he does.

Purchased an Ajax alarm system along with extras from CCTV Direct recently, the web site is easy to navigate plus there are links in the products to the specifications and other details. Prices are very competitive and delivery was made by DPD in less than 24 hours which was pretty quick. They also have a technical helpline that I did use which for me is a bonus, not least considering their pricing is so good - check out the coupon sites though as they seem to have discount vouchers available quite frequently. Yes I do recommend them, they're both fair and friendly.
