Very prompt service from the support guys and the sales teams. We have been using CCTV direct for a number of years and we will continue to user them.

What a star. Solved within seconds.

Spoke to Lamont regarding a rare faulty camera, wasn’t 100% on purchase date if it was in warranty or not. Lamont found my order, quickly diagnosed the issue and said it needed to be replaced under warranty. 2 minutes on the phone.
Went straight to trade counter and replaced with brand new camera no questions asked. Customer sorted in the same afternoon and system back to full service. 2 happy customers!

Stolen Pick up Truck!

Finaly the police attend 12 days after a £26000 Pickup is stolen off a dealership forecourt. Between Lamont and Daniel without my on site the lads down load the footage for the customer, insurance company and police. Crystal clear 4k images of the thief and the police had arrested him. Great gear and a great team.

Great knowledge of systems, all resolved in minutes

Lamont and Daniel were extremely helpful in getting my cctv system back up and running including advising on what parts would make be required. They even WhatsApp’s me a video showing how to get the new cameras coo etc. can’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely be getting any cctv equipment I need in the future from these guys.
