Annual service time, and whilst cost has increased slightly from last year, still worth it for peace of mind. Engineer turned up on time, and was friendly, polite and professional. Detailed report received of work done and possible future work that may be required.
Happy to recommend this company to anyone contemplating getting a stair lift installed.

Excellent service. The engineer arrived punctually as agreed via a previous phone call. The work was carried out by an extremely pleasant gentleman who completed the job quicker than expected with no disruption whatsoever & tidied up thoroughly.
I recommend this company 100% for it`s superb service.

Carelift Services were amazing. They catered for my needs, and were able to assist me. Communication was very clear, and I knew when my equipment would be delivered and collected. The equipment was delivered and was of high standard and very clean. I would recommend them if you require any equipment.

The engineer, Chris, came t the appointed time and was very professional and courteous.

Nothing but positive words for Jamie who installed our stairlift at Sunbeams Community Hub. Fantastic service, polite and professional and the lift is superb. Thoroughly recommend!

Service engineer Chris arrived on time and got on with the service straight away. I informed him of an issue my mum was having with stairlift and he did his best to rectify it, but was honest enough to say that due to the age of the lift it was now at the point where it was safer to have a replacement.
We were given prices on three options, a reconditioned one, and two new stair lifts. All were very reasonably priced, and this together with the fact that would remove the old one and take away with them, my mum decided on a brand new one which was then booked in for being fitted within 3 working days.
Would definitely recommend Carelift Services to anyone thinking about getting one.

The stairlift is so much better than our previous Acorn. I said to my wife that the homeglide is a proper job, good solid engineering, smooth ride, built to last. The Acorn felt like I’d made it myself out of Meccano

The two gents who came to install our lift were very friendly and chatty, polite and respectful. They were mindful of any noise and always checked in to make sure we were ok with it.
The lift itself is a great piece of kit and we are very grateful. We happily recommend the product and the company to anyone looking for this service. Side note - they love a cuppa too!!!

The service we have received from our initial enquiry to the system being installed has been first class and the engineer who installed it (Chris) was excellent and very professional he arrived on time, was polite and efficient, answered all our questions and fully demonstrated the chair lift on completion, leaving our premises clean and tidy.
