GMS bought my mobility scooter after a long
unsuccessful spell on eBay And a distinct lack of interest from other companies more recently Although the price was rather low due to the age of the scooter rather than it condition and less than 2 miles usage the sale was handled in a very friendly and efficient manner by Joel collection went very smoothly last Saturday morning and the money was in my bank by Tuesday afternoon so overall excellent company to deal with

Purchased an Ex-Demo Drive Airfold Pro carbon fibre foldable scooter from GMS with Jeremy as the contact. We had a little negotiation as I had a trade in scooter which and came up with a very fair deal arranged a delivery date. I knew about this scooter but didn't like the “New’ price but GMS pricing for an Ex Demo was within my budget. Very annoyingly the scooter had a fault which I reported to Jeremy immediately. He immediately came up with solutions/suggestions all of which were to give me another scooter. No quibble at all. As I was going to the Outlet centre he agreed I could go an swap it over today, a Sunday which suited me. Jeremy had offered to sort out delivery and collection on a day to suit me. The replacement is perfect as was the service. For me (as an ex engineer) things can go wrong but it’s the way you deal with it and treat the customer. I would have no hesitation in dealing with GMS Mobility and I rarely give 5 stars but these guys deserve it for the experience I have had so far. Thank you Keep it up and well done.

Brought a ex display powered wheelchair from these guys..I expected a few scratches here and there but was pleasantly surprised as can't see one. Excellent price, Excellent service, superfast delivery. Don't hesitate to buy from them, fantastic. AAAA+++++

From my first contact by phone to arriving to view & purchase My TGA S4 Breeze GT.I was treated as a highly valued customer. The most professional team to deal with. My scooter was prepared for my visit & I was shown every curtesy. My new side panels were ordered on the spot & arrived within a few days, fit perfectly & are of the highest quality.JOEL & JEREMY were a delight to deal with & I thoroughly recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised how the whole team made such a special effort to make sure they did everything they possibly could to make my life so much easier, I am a retired disabled pensioner, life for me is not how I dreamed it would be, but I have spoken to three of their team now and every time I spoke to them, they made me feel like a special friend, their salesmen techniques from what I could make is to treat the customer like they are the first customer they ever had, I was lucky, I saw the mobility scooter i wanted, I spoke to one of the team, I payed for the scooter, and it was delivered next day, from the first phone call to when it was delivered, I was treat with a personal severance, if your reading this, don't take my word for it, phone them, you will see what I mean, how definitely smiled on me the day saw that scooter, thank you gms, your brilliant.

I bought a power chair from GMS in January. On 10th March, for no discernible reason, one of the rear wheels simply fell off while my wife and I were enjoying some fresh air on a flat, tarmac seaside esplanade, so it came as a bit of a shock! We contacted GMS on the 11th, they sent a van to collect it from our home on 12th, called us on the 13th to tell us that they needed to buy a part which would be delivered on Monday 15th; called again on 18th to confirm it was fixed and tested and it arrived back at my home on 20th in full working order at no cost for either the repair or the transport.

This is truly superb customer service. As they sell second hand demonstration equipment the issue of a warranty or repairs had passed me by; but if Trust Pilot reports like this persuade even one other hesitant customer to trust them their energy and the cost of this repair will be more than repaid. In closing I send my most sincere thanks to Jeremy.

Wanted to upgrade my scooter found a good secondhand one at a reasonable price on their website and they did part exchange and free delivery so I purchased it .The old one was taken away and I was offered a reasonable price The new one was delivered in a couple of days and it was found to be better than described so it was a stress free experience and im very pleased with it a good company to deal with

Absolutely stunning shopping experience, their sales team are second to none, spoke to Joel, just like talking to your best friend, extremely polite, extremely helpful, extremely warming talking to him without him being in your face pushing for a result, I spoke to a young lady who was every bit the same as Joel, I texted someone else originally and explained that it was nearly 9pm and we could talk next day, overall, this company and its sales team deserve 100%credit for their work, satisfying customers, worked on me.

Ordered an ex-demo scooter Monday afternoon, arrived early Wednesday morning on a small pallet.

Bought a used scooter a few months ago and the additional warranty. GMS were so helpful with checking scooter specs and getting it delivered swiftly. I've had two issues since and both have been so quickly sorted by GMS, keeping me updated on their progress and getting new parts shipped to me within days. Used a few mobility suppliers in the past but none compare!

We wished to sell my daughter's mobility scooter as it was no longer suitable for her needs. GMS were very helpful and paid us the best price for the scooter. I was initially anxious about the scooter being collected and then payment being made when it arrived at GMS. I spoke to Jeremy who explained the process and I also felt assured by the good customer feedback. The collection was made quickly, without issue, and payment was received the following day as promised. Very good service and would recommend.

This feels like a good old Fashioned British service that I haven't come across for years. I can't praise Jeremy enough for his attention to customer satisfaction and detail. believe me I'm the first to admit that I'm not the easiest customer to deal with because I'm fussy. He listened to what I said and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
Next time I'm in the market for another mobility scooter, GMS will be my first port of call. Thanks Guys👍🏻

Once I ordered the scooter it was delivered ready-to use only 2 days later. Excellent condition as an ex-demo model, almost as new.

I got a great deal on a second hand scooter, and they have been very supportive with me. My scooter came preregistered with the DVLA and I don't have to do anything! Thank you GMS Mobility!

I contacted GMS Mobility to ask if they would be interested in a couple of mobility scooters that I no longer required.
I submitted a form through their website with my query and their communication was excellent.
