There was a very helpful and knowledgeable person on the phone while booking an engineer to attend to our stairlift. Engineer Jamie arrived on time and did a very thorough check and found the fault quickly. He explained clearly to me what was wrong and checked we were ok with the cost of repair before proceeding.

Previously we had an engineer out from the company we bought our stairlift from, who said he’d fixed it but in fact had not. Then I couldn’t get them to come out again which is when I called Carelift services instead. I will now be relying on Carelift for all servicing and repairs in future. Can’t fault them.

The engineer did an wonderful job,and I was surprised that the stair lift was repaired the same day as I reported the break down.

Outstanding Service!
My parents were left in a difficult stressful situation when their usual service company decided not to attend a break down leaving my Dad confined to the downstairs of the house. We called Carelift to be greeted by the lovely caring and compassionate Lesley who organised an engineers visit for that evening. Liam not only fixed the fault but also reprogrammed the remote control, a long standing issue that other company was going to charge a silly amount for. As a family we feel so overwhelmed by the caring and outstanding service we’ve received. Many Thanks.

Friendly folks and great service. Paul the installer was really lovely, ensuring I understood how the stairlift worked. He cleaned up after the lift was fitted and everything was left clean, neat and tidy.
I cannot praise this company enough from the initial contact, through to the office staff and the fitting.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that James was brilliant when doing the bathlift demo for my Dad today.

He was friendly, personable and answered all Dad’s questions with patience. As a result, Dad was relaxed and comfortable during a potentially difficult situation (let’s face it, no one wants to get a bathlift!).

Very professional service - excellent communication (with the customer, sub-contractors and local council officers)and thorough planning and reviewing ensured that the project went smoothly and to timescale. We were consulted and involved at all stages and , all aspects of the lift operation was covered with us in and after demonstration. Staff were skilled, courteous and professional. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Care Lift Services.

The installation was carried out just 2 days after our initial enquiry. Liam carried out the survey and went through our options and advised us on the most suitable installation. Paul, who carried out the work, was very efficient and cleaned up after the installation was complete. He also gave us a thorough briefing on the operation of the stairlift. The unit has worked perfectly so far and has made our life much easier. Thank you Carelift Services.

Mums chair stopped working and she called and reported same day within a couple hours a lovely chap called Liam arrived.

Issue sorted and mum was swiftly up and running again.

I cannot rate this company high enough. I chose this company because it is a local firm. They fitted a rental stairlift for my mum. Lovely friendly staff, from the admin guys to the engineer who fitted the chair. Super fast and efficient, great job, great company 👍
