We are also referred to as ‘Dolphin Devon Stairlifts’. Being an approved agent for many of the largest manufacturers in the industry including Stannah, Wessex, Access, Stiltz homelifts, Platinum, Terry Lifts and Bruno means we can provide the right product for your individual requirements at the best price. We’re not tied to one manufacturer or one type of stairlift; so no matter what your requirement, we can find the right solution for you and your home. Our team prides itself on being highly professional whilst offering that personal touch and warmth which comes naturally from a family-run business. We care that you have the right stairlift or lifting solution fitted to meet your individual needs and with over 25 years’ experience, we are confident in the advice we give and the work we do. We don’t employ sales people to carry out our free surveys – just trained engineer surveyors who are not paid on a commission basis. So there’s no hard sell from us and we never outstay our welcome. I am 84 years old
I am 84 years old . My stair lift was going no where. I phoned Dolphins stairlift South west. A very knowledgeable yound lady answered the phone. With her help we did a manual check and she realized that I needed am engineer. A very nice gentleman arived 2 hours later and found the lift needed a switch. Job done . This is what I call service. WELL DONE

Good, but pricey spares.
The engineer was on time, polite and efficient.
I would have given 5 stars if we hadn't have to pay such a high price of £63 for 2 batteries which can be bought on the Internet for approx £25 (for 2 x Lucas brand).
