Excellent service - easy booking and follow up contact - to notification on the day- Alun did a full service on my boiler taking time to check everything and ask about it all - highly reccommended.

Excellent company with a very knowledgeable engineer

My experience with Heatfix was faultless. Appointment made quickly and easily for next working day. Fair upfront charge for an hour. The engineer who came to me - Alun - is a top man and a consummate professional who is clearly a real expert in his field. Highly recommended.

From my very first contact with HeatFix Edinburgh the experience was excellent.
Heather and her team in Admin are friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.
Craig the Engineer Manager came out and assessed our Boiler and Radiators , he has a great depth of knowledge in his field of expertise and all the way through he explained clearly what was needed and the timeline that would need to be followed.

Ross the engineer who came out to actually carry out the bulk of the job was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and an all round lovely chap.

I am so pleased that I read the trust pilot reviews and went with the feedback that had been given.

I feel the HeatFix are reasonably priced and very fair in their billing process.

Dean, the engineer turned up within the stated parameters, was efficient and left our home as he found it.
He was informative regarding our issues.

Called to book first service and given appointment for 2 days later which was great. Darren called before arriving and was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and good to chat with. Should have been an afternoon slot but a small mix up and was first thing in the morning, which again was no issue. He even offered to help me out with a lift as he came early.

Quality service and glad I'm covered with Heatfix going forwards.

I had an issue with the boiler. Heather was unable to source us an engineer to come visit but did get an engineer to call who was able to fix the issue over the phone. (Think his name was Steven) Heather also called back in the morning to make sure it had been addressed. Good effort! Great service.

Heatfix arrived within 90 minutes of our reporting leak in our boiler and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.

Great job by Darren,didn't take him any time at all.
