Outstanding Support
Words cannot express enough how my Dad with Parkinson’s and I being his daughter and carer were looked after.
The empathy shown towards us was just outstanding. The elderly are unfortunately forgotten and pushed to the side nowadays and to receive such good customer conduct is such a breath of fresh air.
I highly recommend CareCo if you are in need of care and support as this is a valuable company.

Excellent customer service
This is a wonderful company. Staff are professional, empathetic and understanding. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and provide excellent customer service. My daughter bought a wheelchair from careco and was extremely impressed by the personalised service she received.inrecrntly purchased mobility aids from them myself and highly recommend them.
Customer service?
Having purchased a careco spirit rollator, i emailed the "customer service?" regarding a part query. This was a week ago, with no response, which i find disappointing, considering the other "glowing" reviews!

They are an amazing company. I bought a can opener but it didn't work. Not only did they ring me but refunded me the .money, and sent me a new one. I asked my son why new one didn't work and he told me to put batteries in. What an idiot I am. He won't take the money back a d said I could put to a charity so have for new minibus fir Dementia Matters Hereford. Thank you so much William. Highly recommend CareCo.

Good Customer Care and Knowledge of the Products
We purchased a self propelling wheelchair today at Care Co Holbeck Leeds. The lady that served us (Ginda) was very knowledgeable, and experienced, she told us about the products we were interested in, and was not pushy. We were able to try the wheelchair in our car to make sure that it fit in the boot without a problem. We were very pleased with the customer care.

William arranged delivery of mobility scooter.
2 colleagues arrived early and went through everything very polite and supportive.

Satisfaction guaranteed by caring staff
After posting a review of my problem I was contacted by the managing director personally who assured me that my issues would be resolved and to my satisfaction he worked tirelessly to resolve the issue with my bath lift and it has now been fixed to my satisfaction first class service by a company who cares for their customers 5 star.
Make sure the manager is aware with the problem that have encountered
I got a telephone call and it was explained and the apology was made. I was also given a 10% of because of the inconvenience that had happened. I will give care co another chance.

I bought a walker today and it was only £99.99, which both my daughter and myself thought was reasonable. It is a fold up one which folds like a buggy. Much smaller than the previous one. Lisa was professional but also had a laugh with us. Dont know how long delivery is, 3 to 5 days was what i was quoted. Having said that i have already had an email from carriers DPD.
Poor customer service
Went into store with my elderly mother with a view to purchasing a chair that I'd seen via an email to me, after showing the assistant the email(clearly showing the product and price ) my mother tried the chair and decided to purchase ,on providing her details for purchase the assistant then said "oh it looks like it's gone back to full price !" The email I received was only 3 days old and there was no end date of sale on it - the assistant said "the sale must have finished last night at 12 " I asked if sale price could be honoured as she had seen the email - she refused . We left the shop and I rang customer services, the person I spoke to was not sympathetic to my complaint and if fact said that she received company emails and I should look at terms and conditions , which I found condescending and she actually hung up on me . As a family we have bought goods and furniture previously but to be honest I will not be using careco again - very poor customer service .
Faulty scooter & poor customer service
New scooter, faulty from the off, tried to stop me from bring issues up by telling me it would cost £80 to have it checked etc
Update
After Careco review monitor Matthew Parker contacted me and offered me an exchange(customer service !?) I had a new scooter delivered the next day which works as it should and am happy with the product the old one was also returned quickly so all is good. Thanks Matthew customer service take note
