Exceptional service !
We have had exceptional service from Camel Glass in Holsworthy.
Such a prompt appointment to measure by Matt, followed by an incredibly quick turn around for the windows being ready for fitting.
We then had Terry, Dave and Chris, who efficiently removed all the old windows, and had them all replaced in a day. They were super careful, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards.
Grateful thanks to the whole team.

Contacted business with numbers and size requirement for a job replacing 13 large windows. Emily was fantastic but let down severely by the support team who ignored her quote request. Even manager has failed to respond to the issue and have result in giving my business to East Devon Glazing, who have been beyond excellent at every level.

Your address details were provided, however due to delays internally while awaiting further information and during a period of staff illness, your enquiry was unfortunately not progressed as it should have been. We completely understand your frustration and apologise for the experience you received.

Replacement bay window.
Replacement bay window in an old farmhouse.
Communication was good.
Measurements spot on, especially as the walls they were inserting the window into were - not plumb straight.
Staff and fitters, excellent and polite.
A cracked beading on the window was photographed and replaced promptly.
Two other jobs, concerning other suppliers' products were also rectified.
Very pleased, and would recommend.

Fast, efficient and effective assistance
Emailed the Holsworthy Branch with a small issue late one afternoon, within 45 mins I had a reply and an offer of an assessment visit the following morning. At the time offered a member of Camel Glass attended and quickly identified the issue and explained how it could be rectified. Within 30 minutes the issue had been fixed. From first contact to the problem being fixed I experienced professional first class service.

Jimmy, Glen and Bradley clearly know their trade and fitted a new, sealed unit to our 'Atlantic-facing' picture window with expertise and care. Prompt, professional and very reasonable service
After a prompt response to our enquiry the team from Holsworthy came out and measured throughly. Sam, Dan & Dave came to replace the conservatory roof glass, door and numerous window panes. In some truly horrible weather they turned up when they said they would, worked diligently and professionally. Every day they left the house clean and tidy and somehow kept cheerful as well. They have done a brilliant job and we are very pleased. Many thanks Holsworthy Camel Glass!

Had an inside pane on our bifold doors…
Had an inside pane on our bifold doors shatter for no visible reason. Jimmy & Glen replaced the unit- efficient, friendly and informative. Pane was cleaned and the seals on the other doors checked at the same time before departure.

The service you get is fantastic. Julian was very patient with our indecision and was really helpful. There knowledge, experience and products are excellent.
Also the fitters (Danny and Craig) were very good. They tidied up and you would never have known they were there, apart from a lovely new door being there!
