Amazing response from Camel Wadebridge to a very serious cry for help! Heavy sliding folding doors had become dislodged from their tracks and could no longer be closed. Close liaison between office and engineer out on the road facilitated a super speedy response - less than 2 hours from cry to doors safely shut despite distances, traffic and heat. Also an excellent analysis of the underlying situation and a plan for a long-term solution. Unbelievably grateful for this service which went way above and beyond. I cannot recommend Camel highly enough.

Happy with the windows some issues were found we have found that both French doors have got screws with the heads missing that have sheared of so it looks like so screw is in the hole makes me think twice about going back for any windows or doors we need we spent a lot of money would like them to be put right

Generally ok but a couple of issues
Following sales the communication was poor, but it got better just before delivery. Installation was great, thanks Mike and James, tidy and respectful staff, who explained the locks. The whole house was done, unfortunately we asked for black fittings and the stable door has one which is chrome, which means another visit or a new redesigned door. We have also lost a letter box between quote and order. Hopefully this will be sorted out soon

A very refreshing experience.
We had a warranty issue (that was outside of Camels control) with a door they fitted 7 years ago. The response from Camel was faultless, from our first email enquiry to the fitting of a replacement door they have been utterly professional throughout.
It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that takes its responsibilities seriously.
The fitters were a credit to the company, utterly professional, friendly and other than the door has been replaced we can’t tell they were here.
We will not hesitate to recommend to anyone and in the event we need additional services we will be straight back.

Right from opening the door to their office and reception area to leaving we were welcomed and assisted to choose our windows that we needed for our bathroom and internal indoor partition. We chose a beautiful bathroom obscured glass with a daisy pattern which looks wonderful. For our internal partition we chose the autumn range with leaf decorative design The whole experience was good and would recommend this company. Receptionist was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The order was ready quickly and good value for money

The full works
We purchased the full quantity of windows and doors for our house from Camel Glass, including bifold doors, French doors, front door, a Juliet balcony, and staircase glass, and the quality has been outstanding throughout.
Camel Glass supplied everything for the project, with the Juliet balcony professionally fitted by their team, while the rest worked really smoothly as a supply-only arrangement alongside my builder.
From the very beginning, the team was always on hand to answer questions, provide advice, and turn around quotes quickly, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. Communication was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
A special thanks to Danielle and Rebecca from the Redruth branch, who were always so helpful, responsive, and happy to support us throughout the project. Their customer service really stood out.
The products themselves are amazing quality and have completely transformed the house. We’re so pleased with the finish and would highly recommend Camel Glass to anyone undertaking a renovation or new build project.

Excellent window putty and glass repairs to our listed building. Glass measures and cut perfectly to size offsite and installed expertly. Arrived bang on scheduled time and looked after the property when working in it. Asked if we needed anything else doing now or in the future and to keep in touch.
